Christian POV

I glanced at my watch. She was already five minutes late.

Exactly as I expected, she couldn’t even manage to be on time.

Just as I was about to head upstairs to drag her down myself, she appeared, wearing the dress I’d chosen for her.

I paused.

It fit her exactly how I knew it would.

I’d seen what was underneath those oversized clothes she always wore—what she tried to hide. And with just the right push, she could look like this... dangerously tempting.

Too tempting.

My eyes wandered up from her nicely round hips up to the dip of her waist before studying the perfect curve of her breasts. I loved that they had a nice droop to them. They weren't too perky to the point they looked unnatural, but they were faultlessly assisting gravity.

Slowly, I looked into her eyes "We have to go," I declared the moment she made it to the bottom step.

Taking a step toward her, I studied the makeup covering her face.

"Dan,go get the car ready," I told my driver who wa

Elizabeth POV I wasn’t prepared for this. I’ve been to events before—with my not-so-loving family—but nothing ever felt like this. This wasn’t just an event. It was a statement. The structure looked more like a modern palace than a venue. Sleek yet imposing, with soft golden lights glowing across its exterior. Three enormous fountains danced across the lawn, water glistening under the warm lights lining the path toward the entrance. Dozens of limousines and expensive black cars pulled up, one after the other. I watched as elegantly dressed men and women stepped out like they belonged to a different world—flawless makeup, confident steps, the kind of effortless grace that screamed old money. Some walked alone. Others appeared in polished couples, hands linked, heads high. The car slowed in the center of the long, curved driveway. The moment it stopped, my stomach twisted into anxious knots. This was it. The moment the world would see me—his wife. The door opened beside me w

  • Claimed by the billionaire    It wasn’t supposed to be you

Elizabeth POV I was sorting through my dresser when I heard the door click. My fingers froze on the silk blouse in my hands. I didn’t need to turn around to know it was him. His presence dragged into the room before his voice did—thick, heavy, unsettling. Like smoke before fire. I stood quickly, still holding the blouse like some kind of useless shield. Christian leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, his gaze fixed—unblinking, unreadable. My breath caught for a second. He wasn’t dressed up. Just a fitted black T-shirt that hugged his chest a little too perfectly, veins trailing his forearms. His dark pants hung low on his hips, casual but criminally commanding. Like he hadn’t tried, but still looked sinfully untouchable. And yet all I could think about was how unfair it was that someone so cold could look that devastating. His eyes dropped slowly. From my flushed face… down my body. My oversized shirt barely covered the tops of my thighs, my hair half-tied. I s

  • Claimed by the billionaire    Temptation

Elizabeth POV The second I stepped into the penthouse, something was different. Not wrong, just... off. The silence wasn’t as sharp. There was a faint hum. Something warm. I already knew Nana was sick. She’d sent a message earlier, apologizing for not being able to prepare dinner. Said the girl would handle it. I hadn’t thought twice about it. Not until the scent hit me the moment I walked in. Something rich. Spiced. It reminded me of childhood — a memory I didn’t ask for and didn’t welcome. My jaw ticked. I moved through the marble hallway, the echo of my shoes the only sound until I rounded the corner— And stopped dead. There she was. Bent slightly at the waist, arm stretched to reach something high on the shelf. Her small frame balanced on the tips of her toes, one hand flat against the cupboard, her ass—fuck, her ass, barely covered by the thin cotton Mickey mouse shorts she wore. The fabric had ridden up just enough to show her ass cheeks. Her shirt was sof

  • Claimed by the billionaire    My world

Christian POV “…It’s a stupid proposal,” I muttered, shutting the folder on my desk with a hard snap. Alex chuckled from the chair across from me, stretching his legs like he had all the time in the world. “That’s what happens when you let Harvard grads with too much confidence and zero instinct send you buyout terms. We should’ve shut that down last week.” I leaned back in my chair, gaze fixed on the skyline beyond my floor-to-ceiling windows. The city looked as cold and mechanical as I felt today. I’d been in meetings since 6 a.m., and my patience was wearing thin. Alex poured himself a drink from the bar in the corner without asking—not that he ever needed to. He and I had been in business long enough to skip formality. Though I owned the empire, Alex Vaughn was one of the few people I trusted to sit across from me and speak without filters. Longtime friend. Partner in two of my subsidiary companies. Sharp, cocky, and unfortunately observant. Like me. He sank into the

  • Claimed by the billionaire    Snooping around?

Elizabeth POV The hallway was quiet, way too quiet. My footsteps barely made a sound on the thick carpet, but inside, my heart was pounding like I was walking into forbidden territory. Because I was. Christian’s room was off-limits. Everyone in this house knew that. Nana had been too ill to get out of bed tonight, and for some reason, she trusted me to bring him the whiskey he asked for. Me, of all people. I hesitated outside his door, then turned the knob slowly. It creaked open with a weighty groan, like the room itself disapproved of my presence. I stepped in slowly, the door clicking shut behind me. I clutched the bottle of whiskey tighter, trying not to feel how out of place I was. His room was dark. Not in the sense of light, but in mood. The walls were painted a rich charcoal, heavy curtains were pulled halfway over the tall windows, and the only source of light came from a lamp near the bed—low and golden, casting long shadows across the floor. I took in the sp
