XXXIX. Missing You, Rhea

Rhea tried her best, she really did. She tried her best to move on, but she couldn't, she simply couldn't, she missed Jason, she missed him so much that it physically hurt.

"You keep zoning out Rhea," Brianna her course mate said, Rhea faked a smile and moved her eyes to her friend's.

They were both having lunch at a restaurant in front of the school, it had been a whole week since she let Tanner kiss her, things had been extremely awkward since then, she had been forcing herself to enjoy the kiss when she suddenly pushed him off her person.

She couldn't do it, she felt repulsive and vile. She remembered apologizing to Tanner and for the first time she saw Tanner angry, he looked royally pissed.

That day she had rushed to her room and she had locked the door soundly behind her, she had brushed her teeth for way longer than necessary, bathing herself until she felt raw.
