“Enough, Zadicus.” A strong cold voice came, stopping Zadicus instantly to knock out Persephone.

Knitting his brows together, he looked up only to find the least person he wanted to confront there with dead eyes, staring into his, halting his attack.

“Kriss.” He called, moving his hand back. Stopping his actions and giving all his attention to him.

“I believe you have reached a point beyond limits.” Kriss began to say, scrutinizing the situation knowing he was too late.

“And you should stop now.” He added, stopping his death-stare at him, the glint of hopelessness was clear but it’s of no use.

“And who do think you are to stop me?” Zadicus asked, arching a brow in amusement.

He believed Kriss could never raise his hands against him. He is not that ruthless to subdue emotions and take actions.

“Then proceed.” Kriss replied softly, moving to the side, giving Zadicus the access to kill Persephone which stiffed both of them.
