The war room had not been used in decades, but within hours it buzzed with desperate activity. Maps covered every surface, marked with red ink showing rebel territories and enemy movements. Through our quad bond, I felt my mates' shared frustration as clearly as my own.

"The situation is worse than we thought," Captain Reed reported, pointing to the largest map. "Lord Blackwater controls the eastern ports. Lady Ashford has the western grain provinces. And now this." He tapped a marker near the northern border. "Bloodmoon scouts were spotted less than fifty miles away."

"How did they move so fast?" Prince Darius demanded.

"They have been planning this for months," Elena said quietly from her position by the window. "I heard the servants talking. Foreign gold has been flowing into rebel coffers for weeks."

"A coordinated attack," Prince Rhett realized. "The rebellion was never about Ravenclaw's ambition. It was about weakening us for invasion."

Through the bond, I felt Prince Kael's col

The portal back to Luna's realm tore open with desperate speed. We emerged directly into the throne room—and found it already under siege.Shadow creatures poured through dimensional rifts like infection through wounds. These were not the simple darkness we had faced before, but sophisticated entities carrying fragments of cosmic power. Each one bore the mark of a shadow self, darkness given purpose and intelligence."Luna!" I shouted, scanning the chaos for my niece."Here!" Her voice came from behind a barrier of combined light and shadow magic. She stood with her mother, Adrian, and a handful of defenders, holding back a tide of darkness that seemed endless."We came as soon as we heard the disturbances," Princess Seraphina said, her guardian powers blazing. "But they keep coming. Every portal we close, three more open.""Because they are coordinated," I realized. "This is not random attack. This is strategy."A familiar laugh echoed through the throne room. Anti-Lyra stepped throu

Anti-Lyra's touch burned like frozen fire. I pulled back instinctively, but there was nowhere to retreat in the dimensional chaos surrounding us."What is wrong?" my dark reflection asked with false concern. "Do you not want to embrace yourself? Accept all the parts you have been denying?""I have not denied anything," I shot back, though doubt crept into my voice."Have you not?" Anti-Lyra circled us slowly, her form a twisted mirror of mine. "Every time you chose mercy, I would have chosen vengeance. Every time you offered forgiveness, I would have demanded justice. Every time you built bridges, I would have burned them.""That does not make you me. That makes you my opposite.""Does it? Or does it make me honest about the darkness you pretend does not exist?" She gestured to my luminous form. "You wear light like armor, but I know what is underneath. The rage you felt when your family died. The satisfaction you took in planning revenge. The part of you that wanted to watch the prin

Despair rose from the purple earth like smoke made solid, its form shifting between states of matter as if reality could not quite contain it. Where it touched, the singing trees fell silent, their harmony replaced by discordant whispers."You are Love Incarnate," it said, each word carrying the weight of eons. "I am Despair Eternal. We were always going to meet.""Were we?" I kept my voice steady despite the chill spreading through my cosmic form. "I was not aware we had an appointment.""Oh, we have had an appointment since the moment you chose transformation. Light attracts shadow. Hope summons despair. Love..." It smiled with a mouth that held too many sorrows. "Love invites me personally."Prince Kael moved to stand beside me, his newly transformed power crackling like distant thunder. "State your purpose or leave.""Purpose? How delightfully mortal." Despair laughed, and somewhere in the realm, a child began crying. "I do not need purpose. I simply am. Like gravity, like entropy

The reunion between Luna and her mother lasted hours but felt like moments. I watched them from my transformed perspective, seeing not just their joy but the cosmic significance of their connection—another thread of love woven into reality's fabric."We need to discuss logistics," Prince Rhett said, ever practical even in the face of multiversal transformation. "If we are leaving Luna to rule, we need to ensure proper succession protocols.""Always thinking five steps ahead," I said fondly, my cosmic voice somehow still carrying my familiar warmth."Someone has to. You are busy becoming a goddess.""Not a goddess. Just... more.""More is an understatement," Prince Darius observed, looking at my luminous form with equal parts awe and concern. "Can you even touch things anymore? Or will you accidentally unmake them?"I reached out carefully and touched his face. My hand felt solid, warm, real. "I am still me. Just expanded.""Expanded enough to reshape reality across infinite dimensions

The transformation process could not be stopped. Power flooded through my body like wildfire, remaking every cell, every thought, every memory. I felt myself expanding beyond flesh, becoming something vast and incomprehensible. But through it all, I could feel Isadora's corruption spreading through the memory-flower like poison through veins."Fight it," Prince Kael shouted, but his voice sounded distant, as if coming from another lifetime."How?" I gasped, my own voice echoing across dimensions. "I cannot stop the transformation, and I cannot remove her corruption without destroying the nexus point entirely.""Then we remove her," Prince Darius snarled, storm magic crackling around his fists."You cannot touch a corrupted spirit without being corrupted yourself," the golden entity warned. "Her essence is pure malevolence refined through decades of demonic torture."Isadora's ghostly form materialized more fully, standing atop the blackening memory-flower like a dark queen on her thro

The golden entity pulsed with light that felt warm and alive, like sunlight given consciousness. As it moved through the shattered dimensional barriers, reality seemed to heal in its wake rather than tear further."What do you mean, what we are all about to become?" I demanded, trying to process yet another cosmic surprise."Exactly what I said. I am you—all of you—about three thousand years from now." The entity's voice carried harmonics that made my soul resonate. "Or at least, one possible version of your collective future.""Time travel is impossible," Prince Rhett said as he and his brothers finally crossed into our realm. "The paradoxes alone—""Are only paradoxes if you think linearly. I am not traveling through time. I am echoing backward from a moment of such profound transformation that it created ripples in both directions.""That makes no sense," Prince Darius said flatly."It will. In about three thousand years." The golden entity turned its attention to the Chaos Eternal
