~Levrae~

Weeks had passed since my argument with Emily. I felt extremely guilty for the way I spoke to her but I couldn't bring myself to call her and apologize. It's not like I was wrong anyway.

My surprise for Jax was here. I had secretly packed his things and mine while he was packing up at work for the holiday break. It was eight days to Christmas and excitement was coursing through my veins more than ever.

The door swung open and Jax walked in, a surprised look on his face as he saw our traveling bags by the door side. He raised a brow in question as he took off his jacket and threw it on the couch.

“What's going on, babe?” He asked as he walked up to me and gave me a quick peck. I smiled happily as I reached into my purse and pulled out our tickets to the cruise ship.

He took it from me with confusion written all over his face as he went through it and I watched as his expression changed from confusion, to shock, then to excitement.

“Babe, what is this? Hold on, don't tell me!”

He was very excited as he read the words on the paper out loud and I couldn't help but feel so proud of myself. Using up my savings was definitely worth it.

“We're really going there? We're spending our holidays on this cruise ship?” He asked again to be sure and I nodded with a bright smile on my face.

“For one whole month,” I replied as I shrugged and he let out a sharp gasp of shock as his hand flew to his mouth.

He suddenly pulled me in for a hug and I wrapped my arms around him, feeling bliss course through my body. His happiness was my happiness.

“Thank you so much! I can't believe this. Are we heading there now?” He asked and I nodded in response. He yipped as he rushed to the room to get changed.

I was very happy with his mood but I couldn't help but wonder… Why didn't he ask me how I got the tickets? Did he actually not care?

Minutes later, he bounced out and my jaw fell to the ground. He was the hottest man I'd ever seen in my life, and guess what? He was my boyfriend!

That thought almost made me squeal in excitement as I took in his appearance once more time.

“How do I look, baby?” He asked as he turned around and I blushed in response.

“You look handsome, as always.”

He grinned at my response as he took my hand and we pushed our luggage out of the house.

“Hey baby, can we invite a few people to join us?” He suddenly asked and my brows furrowed a bit. Maybe he wanted to invite his family over.

“Yeah, our spot can accommodate up to 5 people,” I replied and he nodded with a smile in response as he took out his phone.

“Let me quickly make a quick phone call.” He said and excused himself, making me frown a bit. This vacation was supposed to be just for the two of us. But if it was his family, I don't mind.

He came back a few minutes later, and our ride arrived just in time. We threw the luggage in the boot and got in, the excitement still lingering in the air.

We arrived at our destination after a journey of 3 damn hours. My butt was crying for help already. We got off the cab and the sight in front of me took my breath away.

Jax was just as mesmerized as I was. He had his mouth agape as we walked towards the checkpoint to be scanned. I gave the security guard our ticket and recorded our name in Jax’s name.

“We have a few guests joining us so when they call this name, please let them in,” I said politely and he eyed both of us for a second before nodding and letting us through.

This vacation was going to be lit!

Another guard took us to our spot and I almost cried. It was too beautiful to explain. The splashes of water made my heart at ease and the Christmas lights gave me warmth for no reason.

“Isn't this beautiful, Jaxie?” I asked as I took the view in and twirled around in the spacious ground.

“It is beautiful. Thank you so much for this, baby. And thank you for not putting me to shame back there.”

“What are you talking about? It was nothing.” I reassured him but he still shook his head as he approached me and held me close.

“You could have said it was under your name. But you gave me the honor instead. I love you so much.” He said as he gazed at me with affection and I almost melted under his gaze.

“I love you too, Jaxie.” I responded as he captured my lips in a breathless kiss and everything else faded into the background.

I could have sworn I heard fireworks as our lips connected and the butterflies in my stomach resumed their jobs. Nothing really mattered anymore. As long as I had him all to myself, I didn't need anything else.

“Jax!” I heard someone call out and we pulled apart immediately as we turned to see Jax's mom and sister rush in with a smile on their faces.

Yeah, you would think it was a sweet smile. But hell no, it was a smile full of smugness and pride. I'd give them the joy of thinking this was their son's idea, but only because I loved him.

“Jax, my baby boy, how are you?” His obnoxious mom quipped and I had to pinch myself hard so that I didn't roll my eyes. I plastered a smile on my face as they approached us and just as I expected, they acted like I wasn't there.

“Hi, Mommy, Alexia. I'm happy to see you here.” He replied as he placed a soft kiss on his mom's forehead and ruffled his sister's hair.

“Jaxie!” I heard someone else's voice call out and my heart dropped. Please don't tell me it's who I think it is.

Her face appeared  as she came closer and all my happiness vanished in an instant. It was her.

Kieran~“I took this damn vacation because you forced me to. Do you know how much work would have been done if I was at work right now? When I get back, I'm firing your ass. How could you connive with my father to backstab me?” I complained as I paced around the room of this large ship. “You're making it sound like we took you to hell. It's just for 2 weeks. I wouldn't mind if you stayed longer though. It's Christmas. Lighten up a bit, man.” His annoying voice replied from the other side and I groaned in frustration. “Fuck you, Lawrence.” “I love you too, boss.” He snickered as he said those words and I cringed. He sure loved to get on my nerves whenever he got the chance. “Have fun, make friends, and don't you dare wear any damn mask around. Thank goodness I hid all of them before you left.” He added as he cackled loudly and I clenched my fists in anger. “Lawrence!” I hated going around without wearing my face masks. The plan was to keep my face hidden for as long as I could. I

Levrae~Eleanor. Jax's best friend and ex-girlfriend. The red-haired bimbo. Did he seriously call her here? I turned to look at Jax and it seemed like he was surprised to see her here as well. “Eleanor? What are you doing here?” He asked in surprise but he didn't look angry at all. Rather, I could say he looked relieved. “She was with us when you called and I thought, why can't she come with us? You said it could contain five people. Look, we're complete. Except for some unwanted pest that isn't needed.” His mom replied and I clenched my fists in anger. “Mom, don't talk about her like that. Come on, let's get your things inside.” He said and I had to roll my eyes when Eleanor smiled cutely at him. They started to file inside and before Jax could follow them, I held him back, a worried look on my face. “Jaxie, This was supposed to be for the both of us only. You know I'm never comfortable with Eleanor or your mom. You know your sister hates me too. How am I supposed to survive?”

  • DATE ME, MR BIKER, FOR CHRISTMAS   Chapter 2

Levrae~Jax didn't return home until past three in the morning. I couldn't sleep. I was sitting on the same couch waiting for him to come back. I couldn't help but be worried about him. He stumbled in, a tired and exhausted look on his face as he flung his jacket to the couch- well, my face, earning a slight whimper from me. “Oh my goodness, baby. What are you doing here?” He asked in worry as he took the jacket off and sat beside me. I immediately wrapped my arms around him and he pulled me to straddle him immediately. “Why did you wait for me? You can't be sleep-deprived because of me, okay?” He reprimanded me and I couldn't help but smile with how worried he was for me. My smile faded when I leaned closer and I could smell a different perfume on him. A woman's type if I'm not wrong. I sniffed again and I was right, it was a woman's scent. I trusted Jax but I had to be sure I wasn't jumping to conclusions. “Jaxie? Did you change perfumes recently? I smell a new one on you.” I s

  • DATE ME, MR BIKER, FOR CHRISTMAS   Chapter ONE

~Levrae~It was the first snow. I gasped in delight as I looked up to the sky and a giggle escaped my lips when a fragment of snow dropped on my nose. It was just the second week of November and it was snowing already. I heard that experiencing the first snow with the one you loved would make your relationship last longer. I turned around and spotted him getting out of a car as he bowed slightly to someone in the car. He told me of how generous his boss was to the extent that he always dropped him off because he was his assistant. Bosses like that sure are difficult to find. The car zoomed past me and for a split second, I caught sight of what looked like a female in the back seat. I thought his boss was a man. Were men supposed to have long red hair? “Baby.” His deep voice brought me out of my thoughts and I turned to see him walk up to me with a smile and all my worries vanished in an instant. “Jaxie, you're home.” I breathed and he nodded as he leaned in and brushed the snow
