(MISTAKES OF THE SOUL)

“MY life is not for you to be concerned about.”

“Shouldn’t I?”

Farah whispers, wondering and deep like she is trapped in some kind of deep space in her world where nothing exists but her thoughts and the things that are in between truth and lies.

“Kevin.”

She whispers the name. The one that she needed to look after, someone who is like her. A bit the same as her predicament, but much worst than her.

“Farah, Farah. Big sister Farah!”

“Ma-Marie?”

A bit startled and taken back into reality. She found herself facing her younger sister, whose face expresses a deep disappointment and irritation towards her.

“Do you need anything? Is there something wrong?”

She immediately asks. Concern and consoling the holder whose attachment to her lies even deeper than the deepest ocean. The weakness and wants for her attention and the reliance on her come from both the result of the past and the promise that she made towards the original soul who owns the body that she is righ
