MasukLily at age fifteen wanted to be so many things, but a werewolf was never part of it. Actually, she never thought of it either, because this story isn't about Lily at fifteen, nor is it about any damn werewolves. This story is about 23-year-old Lily Hills, waking up to the dead body of her one-night stand in a motel. The same man, Damien Kalashnikov, was to tie the knot the next morning, and Lily was slated to handle the magazine publishing the glamorous wedding events. Lily who just wanted an adventurous night for once in her life, was now accused of murdering a ruthless Russian Mafia boss. Just as all hope seems lost, Dimitri, Damien's identical twin brother and infamous "Beekeeper," saves her, he proposes a shocking solution: a contract marriage, with conditions for both parties to meet. The wedding, initially intended for Damien and his bride, will proceed as planned – with Lily as the new bride. As Lily and Dimitri navigate their complicated relationship, he commissions her to write his biography. With each passing day, secrets unfold, and shocking truths surface. Their bond deepens, but danger lurks. With a surprise pregnancy raising stakes, it seemed Damien left a souvenir. A Russian Roulette began. Albeit, a typical Russian will say to you: Когда река молчит, шепчет ли она секреты рыбам? (When the river's voice is silent, does it whisper secrets to the fish?) Even in silence, hidden truths may be shared, and secrets can be revealed in unexpected ways. Will Lily, wife to the Omertà Mafia Don ‘The Beekeeper’ eventually find out what happened that night?

“Arghh.” Lily winces, her stomach twisting in knots as fragmented memories come flooding back; she flirted with him, shared one drink too many, and it was all so unclear. But this... this.. wasn't part of the plan.
"Where am I.. what is that smell?" she mutters to herself as she made an attempt to sit up. The bed felt uncomfortable. The dimly lit motel room made her head spin.
Shit! What had she gotten herself into, having an illicit affair with her clients supposed groom?
Briefly, she looks about the room: the gloom is hardly lessened by the small light that struggles to seep between curtains. Her stomach heaves on the sight of the blood-dark, carmined stains across her hands, her clothes, and the bed.
Panic clawed at the throat in a vice while trying to make out that awful smell, she suddenly jerks her head to one side.
“What!.. what in the!!??..” Lily gasped, her hands quickly covered her mouth in shock.
Next to her, Damien Kalashnikov lies utterly limp, splayed across the sheets-a knife right in his chest. Blood pools around him, seeping into the mattress. The breath catches in Lily's throat.
Her eyes widen in disbelief as a sharp shriek erupted from her. She try’s to lift a hand.
"Oh my God... no, no, no..." The action sends her stumbling backward, her legs too trembling to hold her weight.
"No , I shouldn't be here, I need to get out from here." she started panicking terribly, her brain currently frying out and giving up on her.
Oblivious to the movements in the room, It took her time to realize that she wasn't alone in the room. Lily eyes squints as she…
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.. oh my god!!!..” she screams out her lungs, knocking off the bed side lamp. Leaving the room less illuminated.
“Why did you kill him?!” A huge looking man sat on the armrest asked in a strong but low gruff.
Fuck!
Five figures form from the dark inside. Eyes cold as ice; dead silence-the thousand-mile stare of predators waiting for their target to twitch.
"Who.. who are you people! Please I know how it looks and I know what you all are thinking but I promise I didn't have anything to do with this." Her words failing her as she gestures her hands in a circular movement to further pass across her message.
As if the light bulb on the ceiling was a paid actor, it begins to shake.
A tall man stepped forward, his hair sends shimmering lustrous under the dancing light. His face is unyielding, his tone spilling over with malevolence.
“I will ask you this same question.. Why did you kill Damian Kalashnikov?"She recognizes this man!
"I-I didn't!" Lily stammers back against the headboard, as if in retreat. "I don't even know him." she added in a rush, with fear laced in her voice.
"Liar!" The man yells out.
She tries shaking off the blood on her hands onto her dress but manages to smear it."I swear, I didn't-"
They were accusing her of killing a Kalashnikov? A Russian mogul?
Shit!
"Do you or do you not know him?" He asked his voice so icy it could freeze up the entire city.
The way his eyes dilated under the dim light, he was one of the men from the warehouse." I dont-" she was harshly interrupted
The man's face turned sour."Don't lie to me."
Tears prick the corners of her eyes as the others close in. Their accusing stares smother her. She had looked frantically around, her mind racing for a coherent explanation. "Ok!, I.. please.. I know him , but I also don't know him well uhhh.. We only met yesterday at the bar, I don't...., I don't know what happened. I didn't kill him, I swear!”
"Save it, Now, where the fuck is the video you recorded!" one other monster with thick beards growls.
Who are these men!!!?
Video? No no!
"No, it is not what it seems! I uhh.. please there’s no video." Lily cried, yelling uncontrollably as she kept shaking her heard. Please "I didn't do this!"
Lily struggles to arrange her words. “Please I’m begging you! My camera broke.. and and I fell, my camera broke please I’m begging… There’s no video.”
Her mind begins playing tricks on her, drifting back to the bloodied man laying beside her. She was sure the time isn’t even 4am yet.
The men, still cussing her out as she remains roooted to the spot—whimpering uncontrollably.‘Please… He was fine the whole night. I didn’t..” Someone’s first comnected with her face, throwing her off balance. Her ears drawing blood.
“So how come we found a smaller dagger in your purse!” The supposed leader threw a gold purse at her.
Lily blinks with the last thread of unbelief in her wearing out, the damn purse didn’t even belong to her.
In another swift unexpected move, one of the man lunges at her, grabs her by her neck, and then hauls her off the bed onto the floor with a thud. Pain shoots up into her side, but before she even has a chance to scream, a boot slams into her ribs.
"Shut up!" he snarled in some low and threatening tones. “WHERE IS THE VIDEO.”
And in that moment, recognization dawned on Lily’s face; where they the men from.. last night?
“Pl..”“Tie her up immediately!” The huge man bellowed, not wanting to hear anything from her again.
Lily gasp, her body shaking amidst the arsenal of fists and feet on continuous onsets. She curled up trying to protect herself from them, but it was just too much pain.
With every blow she takes, she drew one step closer to the edge of unconsciousness and her vision hazed.
This couldn’t be real.
Damian’s wedding—Today was supposed to be his wedding— She hadn't known he was in some sort of Mafia?. She hadn't known that wild night of indulgence would lead to this... this nightmare.
Oh fuck! What if he was still going to continue with the wedding..
This man pulls her up by the hair, dragging her toward the door. "Get her in the car," he orders.
"No, please!" she wails, fighting in their grasp, but it was pointless. She’s too weak, too disoriented.
They toss her out into the cool night air. A black sedan waits at the curb. One of them quickly opens the trunk.
“Helppp..Helll…” she tries to struggle.
No one could see her being kidnapped? Yes it’s midnight but is this really how she will meet her end?!..
“THROW HER IN!” Their supposed leader seethes angrily.
Panic begins to well in Lily's chest. Before she can think anymore—under that tide of adrenaline—she whips around with all the strength in her out of their grasp and runs.
Her legs screams along with her as she ran down the alley, her vision blurring from the pain and panic. She didn’t know where she will be going— only that she needs to get away.
New wave of terror: footsteps pounding behind her. Shouting, cursing- chasing her down.BANG!
Someone just shot at her?!
“Ahhhhh! No …no..lord no.." She prays. Not wanting to give up.
But her body's failing her. Her strength wavers, her lungs screaming for air.Her pace falters, and before she could react, she's yanked into a shadowed corner, a hand clamping over her mouth.
She kicks and struggles, eyes wide in panic until she realizes it isn't one of her attackers.
“Don’t move.”
His voice coarse and threatening.Lily freezes, heart pounding in her ears, as she looks up squinting to make out his face in the dark.
"Wh-?“Quiet." he whispers, pressing her against the wall. The footsteps approach then fade away.
Lily is shaking, her eyes shut tight as fear over took her every being, rendering her motionless.
Very slowly, the man takes his hand from her mouth, but it clearly seems the danger isn't over.
"Who are you..please don’t.. I swear I didn’t kill anyone..”
She barely gets the words out, before going out of breath. Loosing consciousness.“Please..” She pleads worriedly,—out of breath—tilting her head to the side when she sees another huge manly figure emerging from the shadow.
The last thing Lily felt was the firm grip on her arm as she collapses on the strangers body.
Lily’s heart raced as she realised the vulnerability of her situation. She had been eating and joking happily when a spy was just by her side. With quick steps, Lily approached where Gabrielle’s who was still exercising before she pulled a stunt. She panted and grimaced making sure to attract Gabrielle attention.“Lily, are you alright?” Gabrielle asked as he supported Lily.“Walk slowly.” Lily whispered and rested her entire weight on Gabrielle.“Gabrielle, there's a spy in your house. I'm very fine but I don't want the person to notice us chatting secretly, it could alarm them so I could only use this method.” Lily explained as they approached a bench placed outside the house.“Got it. How are you sure I'm not the spy?” Gabrielle asked with raised brows.“You love me too much to betray me.” Lily joked before she left Gabrielle’s side and went back to her room.Having made an appointment with Gabrielle to use her cravings to go out the next day without company, Lily went back to her

She couldn’t lie and say she did when her mind kept telling her that there was a curtain that hid some things from her and that curtain was not just Christian and Sebastian but also the Kalashnikov's.Lily continued to contemplate whether to open the document on her laptop screen because she knew once she opened the document, she was going to unravel the truth of all the Kalashnikov's even the British brothers.Lily closed her laptop and hid it in her drawer then carried some stacks of documents that contained the exact same thing as her laptop. She decided not
When the plane touched down, Dmitri made haste as he started his ride home. He never enjoyed the idea of being in the most populated enemy land but this was were his mafia was built. As he was still on the road, he received a message from one of his men stationed inside the Kalashnikov mansion. Sam: Grandpa Yuri is dead. What! It couldn't be possible. Dmitri stepped on the gas of his car almost wishing at that moment to grow wings. In a matter of minutes, he arrived at the Kalashnikov mansion. He hopped out of the car not caring about how he parked and sprinted into the house. “What the fuck is going on here!” Dmitri yelled as he looked at the crowd of people dressed formally for an occasion. They looked like they were very much ready to carry out the mafia burial tradition in their black outfits down to even kids. “His body is not yet cold and you already started the burial?” Dmitri walked to the center of the crowd and scanned each and every face. “Who did this? W
Lily was surprised to see Dmitri sitted in the living room as she walked in.He was alive! He was back! With quick steps, Lily rushed to Dmitri’s side and hugged him.“The hug is kind of tight, tservena.” Dmitri commented as he chuckled at Lily’s annoyed face.“It's good to know and see you're not dead.” Lily said and took a sit beside Dmitri.“Me too.” Dmitri placed a kiss on Lily's head before taking in her scent.Since the time they confirmed Damien being alive, Lily had been very cautious about all her meetings with Dmitri. She put in great effort to try to find something unusual in Dmitri that could hardly be found in Damien. Finally, she found it.Dmitri was touchy and a little clingy. He liked skinship with her and he also had a mole at the back of his head covered by his hair. With her four months bump showing, Lily knew it was going to be hard to hide it from the world. The best option was to hide for now.“Do you have any cave or underground house that no one can find.” Lily
