How Freaking Crazy!

"Please listen to me just once!"

I almost cry in front of the doctor who is holding my body. He surely will bring me go to the court.

"Talk it later at the police station!" interrupte this doctor.

He do not allow me to give even the slightest explanation.

"Just give me 5 minutes!"

I insist on continuing to ask for time.

"No way. OK, I'd better just call the cop and they will come forcing you here,”

Yet he is more stubborn in not giving me a chance to defend myself here.

My hands are shaking, I am scared to death.

"Where's my cell phone? Cell phone… my cellphone,” I ask in a panic.

When I stand up, my eyes start to go completely dark.

"Ahhh!"

It cant be help, it may be caused by the accident I got.

Thus now I start to fall onto the sidewalk because of the dizziness and nausea I feel.

"Miss, are you okay?"

This doctor help me stand up.

I see his eyes widen wide. He may get suprised to see me almost down.

"Please give me time to explain it," I ask him again.

"Okay, if that's what you want, Miss."

Maybe because he sees my tears falling down my cheeks, so he agrees me.

"So you deliberately crashed your car just to attract this man?" I am bit shock.

I endure the pain in my heart when I hear a voice that is no longer foreign to my ears. Well, at this moment when I barely breath, he can’t stop to accuse me wrong.

Bima comes pushing his own wheelchair.

Maybe his private driver bring him to this place.

The doctor removes his hands from my body and I immediately sat on the edge of my bed.

"Can't see my head is in bandages, right? I almost fall down, he helped me so what?" I answer Bima.

"Your cell phone is on the table, Miss,” This doctor tell me.

“Aah thank you,” I say, then I head to Bima with my phone on my hand, "Bima, you should listen to this directly, so you can understand me!" I say.

I rush to contact Eve. As usual, Eve is always quick to receive calls from me. I also turn on the loudspeaker so that Bima can hear it as well.

"How is Bima doing?" Eve asks even though she have just connected with me.

I'm curious, why does she always ask about Bima from me and not from the man's mouth directly when she is the perpetrator who give Bima the illegal drug?

"What medicine did you give to Bima?" I ask Eve.

"What? What do you mean? Ahh of course, I will give you the best medicine to heal Bima's legs!" Eve answer it lying, and I smiled bitterly to hold that liar.

"I almost got arrested by the cops because of your illegal drugs, You Damn Bitc*!”

I raise my tone because I am angry.

I dont know why I am so emotional this time, but I really want to scream her out.

"Hmm Ouch!" Eve is even able to answer it casually.

"Why did you give Bima a nerve agent, Eve?" I ask Eve.

"What? What are you doing? Don't slander me, Fool Bitc*!" Again, Eve pretends to be a victim of accusations.

"So you think the doctor here is a liar, huh? I just had an accident and the hospital managed to find the medicine you gave Bima? Because you..."

"Don't tell Bima, I'll take care of this problem! Which hospital are you in right now?" Eve interrupts quickly and she even admits her damn action this time.

"But…"

"I said just follow my orders for your mother's sake!" She threats me with the anger sound.

Then the call end it just like that and I see an aura of sadness on Bima’s face.

The face that have been very angry when he looks at me seems distracted and he slowly moves closer to the doctor near me.

“Is what she said true?” Bima asks this doctor while I, who is increasingly stressed by their behavior, slowly massage my very painful head.

Because I can’t take it anymore, I started lying down.

That woman is freaking crazy.

“That’s right. This medicine is very dangerous and is not sold carelessly. It is usually used to paralyze the nerves of hunted animals,” answer the doctor.

I smile in pain.

‘That’s right,’ I figure out Eve is psyco.

“Is it true?” Bima, who is stubborn ask him again.

“Ahh hmm!” the doctor has already answered for make it sure. “Wait a minute!” He appeareds to be reaching for his cellphone in his robe pocket. “Wait a minute, I’ll answer this call first!”

“Hmm!” Bima answer with his nod.

He looks at me who is lying looking at him on the bed.

Our gazes meet, but I quickly push mine away.

No.

I don’t want to feel sorry for humans like him. Humans who always insult me and don’t even appreciate my sacrifices in the slightest. His mother too, his father too, his extended family too. They are all the same.

The fruit never falls far from the tree.

I started to hear the sound of Bima’s wheelchair moving. I glance at it for a moment then suddenly I sit down.

“What would you do?” I ask Bima.

I am very surprised when Bima comes and take the medicine Eva give me.

“I need this medicine...” I am shock with Bima. How can he be?

“That medicine, you know...”

“Shut!” Bima swallows the medicine. He does not care about my ban.

Then, I covers my open mouth because I can’t believe Bima’s stupid behavior.

“You’re freaking crazy, Bima!” I curse him.

I am very annoyed and very angry to be honest.

“Eve must have her own reasons to do this. Later, when she comes, I will ask her for an explanation. It’s better for you not to interfere in our affairs,” he says that to me.

Bima take all the medicines, then he moves out of my room.

Not long after he leave, the doctor who has been treating my condition finally comes.

“You’d better just rest for a few days here!” he says that, then starts to leave with a slightly disappointed look on his face.

“When will I go to the police?” I ask,

“It’s been handled. You don’t have to go,” he answer my question.

I know who makes it all happen. Eve surely can do everything just like a piece of cake.

“It’s true,” I say for make it sure.

He glances at me for a moment.

“As long as you have money and position, all problems are easy to solve,” he say again.

“Ahh yeahh, I got it all,”

He goes, leaving me still silently by everything that happened. Actually, it’s not surprising anymore because I’m used to living in this crazy environment.

A crazy environment that started from my memories of my mother not wanting to leave my father, even though my father had cheated on her and had domestic violence many times.

Mother even said, ‘Dad will change one day, just be patient!’

What has changed, until I am in 23 years old, my father is still the same, the only difference is that now he no longer beats my mother because of my contract with Eve and for the sake of my devotion to her I am willing to go through this hellish marriage.

***

For some reason I can’t rest in peace because I thought about Bima’s acute stupidity.

He already knows that the drug is dangerous, but for Eve’s sake, he still wants to take it.

In fact, it won’t be a loss for me to see him continue to suffer in a wheelchair and be tormented by not being able to move freely to look for Eve again, but the human nature that I have doesn’t seem to want letting that continue to happen.

“Tsk!”

I, who can’t sleep, finally decide to walk out of the room, looking for fresh air outside the hospital.

The night has passed, the clock shows four in the morning.

The hospital is starting to get quiet and some of the lights in the corridors are off.

“Ahh!” Not long after I stepp out, I see the doctor who has treated me walking out of his room.

Our gazes meet each other. In less than a minute, he immediately looks away.

He walks behind me. It seems like he don’t want to see me.

“Wait, Doc!” I ask suddenly.

The doctor stopps walking and looks at me.

He is silent and don’t speak anything to me.

“Do you agree that humans are the same as animals?” I ask him, maybe he is bit surprised.

“Which doctor agrees about them, Miss? Huh...” he answers with a heavy sigh.

He smilez sadly, a sign of disappointment. I know what that means.

Of course, there are also doctors who have the heart to do this, even if only a few, but I think he is not the part.

“Please, be humane, Doc!”
