Servant Will Be A Servant, Not More

My head still hurts but I have to prepare breakfast for Bima. Healthy and nutritious food that can improve the condition of his bones.

“Give me Eve’s number!”

I smile faintly, a little happy because finally I no longer need to be a liaison between the two of them.

“Here!” I give my cell phone to Bima who is sitting behind me.

He is a bit shocked because I throw my cell phone at him.

Ahh I don’t care if he will get angry.

Yet, at the end, he manages to catch it perfectly.

Bima walks away from me, he even takes my cell phone with him.

Whatever, the important thing is that I finish my work this morning and Bima can have breakfast, I will go back to rest as well.

“Why didn’t you tell me when you got married, Eve?”

I faintly hear Bima’s voice asking.

After putting the food on the table, I intend to take out my cell phone again but I am surprised when Bima use my cellphone to contact Eve instead of his phone.

It is predictable that Eve definitely doesn’t want to answer Bima’s call.

“You will definitely understand my position, Bima?”

I hear Eve’s answer, Bima happens to make a video call with her.

“How can I understand if you don’t give me an explanation?” said Bima.

“Bima!”

“Please tell me the truth, why did you do all that to me?!”

I can’t stop thinking, Bima can still hold back his emotions towards Eve even though I think that woman has gone too far.

“Bima, I did all that because I really love you.”

“Love me?!”

“Whether you want to believe it or not, that’s your business. I remember you also said all this to me, right? You told me to believe you when your mother asked me to stay away from you? I already distanced myself from you and believed you at that time so now it’s my turn. I want you to believe me or... “

“Eve…!”

“Just forget about me if you don’t want to believe me anymore!”

Bima is devastated, he even let Eva end their video call.

I quite enjoy seeing him suffer like that.

Huh Feel it!

In the end the wheel turns down and it’s your turn to be insulted by people just like you insulted me, Bima!

I walk over to Bima and take my cell phone from his hand.

“Breakfast is on the table,” I said.

I continue walking away from him, leaving that bastard alone in his pain.

(If Bima wants to forget you, does that mean I can leave this house?)

I ask Eve through the message I send her.

(Bima will not be able to forget me, and you are forbidden to leave until I return)

I grumble in annoyance at receiving a message reply from Eve.

(When are you coming back anyway?)

I reply to her message with a question, and the evil woman never reply to my message until I wake up from my sleep.

It is 1 pm, and I have to cook lunch for Bima.

It’s a bit late but today is quite strange because Bima doesn’t usually let me cook over time.

Is it possible that he will allow me to rest after yesterday’s accident?

I wish he can eat fast food online, Yet I know, he has problem with it.

“Bim, you have… Bima…!” I am shocked to death when I see Bima collapsed on the floor. “Bima, wake up!”

****

“How do you actually look after Bima, Rima?”

Bima’s mother scolds me in public.

She even dares to call my real name now, and not ‘Eve’’ anymore.

How will this fierce woman react if I tell her that Bima actually never loses his memory and also tells her about the stupidity of his son who still wants to take paralytic medicine? Does she still want to scold me like this? Or will she thank me?

As a servant all I can do is carry out orders.

Damn.. Shit!

I carry out Eve’s orders so that my father will not beat and give more time to my mother.

I carry out orders from Bima’s mother so that my father’s work could run smoothly so that my mother will be happy to have given birth to a child like me.

And I carry out Bima’s orders so that my mother and Eve, his lover will stop threatening me.

Then for the sake of my devotion to my mother so that I don’t see her crying in agony again, I carry out all the orders from them, and who knows when this will all end.

“Pay attention to him, you are his wife, you already know that your husband is in pain, but you, you actually...”

“Excuse me!” A nurse interrupts my in-law’ outburst. “The patient is conscious and he wants to meet his wife.” She said.

I can only laugh a little at Bima’s request to meet me.

“What about me? I’m his mother.”

“The patient just wants to meet his wife. Please don’t force it, Madam!”

I just leave my grumpy in-laws and go into Bima’s room,

I give her a little mocking smile before go away.

Just leave it! That in-law will never consider me as her daughter.

My problem with hearing that woman curse is over.
