Maco stepped out of the cage and stood tall in front of me.

Looking down at me he said "Or else what"

I changed into a demon and we became of same height. I stared eye to eye with him.

"Do you need to be reminded who I am?" I asked him.

Maco walked out on me without giving me a reply. I changed back into human when I couldn't sense Maco anymore and I took Melanie out of the cage.

"Carrying her in my arms, I disappeared then reappeared into the human world. Before any other thing, I changed her clothes and disguised her appearance and mine so Denver, if he spots us, will not be able to recognize us.

"I'm sure you are hungry. We are getting food now." I said to a dead silent Melanie.

We both entered into a restuarant and I ordered for myself and Melanie. She didn't eat anything and I had to leave with her because i couldn't wait anymore but I made sure to pack hers to go.

"Why are you so silent?" I asked her. Of course she did not answer me.

"Look. I'm sorry about yesterday alright?"
