Eric POV

I felt a stab of annoyance at what I was looking at. What was Kahlan doing in Naomi's room by the way?

It was strange that Naomi was suddenly back after I had sent her off the other time. Well, I didn't have to ask for so long. I should know that it was the elders that sent her back. Their minds must have been made up already.

They planned to make me impregnate Kahlan while Naomi stayed as my Luna.

"What the fuck is happening here?" I asked as I moved towards them.

Kahlan was still on the floor, amidst the dirty water. I was only here for a few minutes, so I didn't even know what had happened. The only thing I heard was when Naomi requested a whip. For what? To hit Kahlan?

I regarded Kahlan for q moment before I looked at Naomi. "What is happening here? Why is Kahlan in your room?"

"Eric, what are you doing here? I didn't know you were coming over or I would have been prepared for you," she responded, ignoring my question.

I grunted. "Naomi," I stressed in one of my deep acce
