Chapter 8: LUNA

LUAN'S POV

"Where's Miss Acadia?" I asked after entering the classroom.

I saw Acadia's boy friend raise his hand, "Yes?" me and he stood up.

“Professor, Acadia won't be able to attend due to an emergency. ” He said and I nodded.

What kind of emergency is that?

"Okay." I just answered and started teaching.

In the middle of my teaching, I stopped and placed one hand on my table because of the sudden tightness of my chest.

“A-Ah…” I moaned and my students were alarmed.

“Professor, are you all right?! ” Kerky asked and helps me stand up straight.

"Hey! Why are you stunned?! Help me take the professor to the clinic!” he shouted, so my other male students came quickly.

I stopped them. "N-No." I whispered, "I don't want to go to the clinic." I added.

“W-What? But Prof— ”

"Just don't. " I whispered to Kerky.

“Water! Water! ” He shouted and almost all of my students took their water one by one.

“This, professor! I haven't drunk that yet. ” Tristan who was immediately accepted by Kerky and he himself gave me a drink.

'Damn! Nicolas! Where are you?!'

"A-Ah!" I moaned loudly and my students were even more alarmed.

“Professor, you really need to bring to the clinic. James, help me! ” Kerky and when they were about to lift me suddenly someone came.

I close my eyes emphatically because he has finally arrived.

“Good evening, students. You don't have to take him to the clinic. I'll take care of him. ” Nicolas and approached me. "Sit down again." He adds more.

"Who are you?!"

"Please, bring Professor at the clinic! ”

"I'm a friend of your professor and don't worry because he's okay." Nicolas and helped me stand up. "Can you promise me that you will not tell anyone about the Professor's condition today?" he asked and I heard my students whisper.

"Huh?"

"But why?"

"Looks like not." Nicolas whispered and as he helped me out the door.

We stopped at the door and I knew what he would do next. "Luan, just be patient." He whispered to me and put an eyeglass on me.

“You don't remember anything today. Go home right now and sleep. ” Nicolas said seriously then pressed an equipment with only high positions on the Moon has the right to use.

Suddenly it shone as bright as the moon and all my students stared at that strong light. As long as that light is not lost they will remain motionless and that is our chance to get away.

“Do you still know good evening?! I almost died of chest pain earlier! ” I shouted at Nicolas and pointed the gun at him. My patience is about to run out with this lunar person.

"What are you?! Of course that's how it is, because for I was cool when I entered the scene! ” He said caused me to get even angrier. “Oh! You are handsome when your jaw clenched. Oh baby. Oh baby— ”

Before he could finish what he was about to say I quickly fired the gun while focusing on his mouth.

“Woah! Fortunately, I was handsome so I quickly escaped. ” Nicolas with both hands raised. “It's over, hey! Do I look like others to you that you can fire a gun, huh?! It's okay for me to shoot me but it's different— ”

“Shut up, Nicolas! If you don't want to bury you alive. ” I shouted and he closed his mouth.

I sat down on the sofa and rubbed both my senses.

"This is what I am saying you are running out of time." Nicolas suddenly said seriously and I just bit my lip. “Whether you hurry or not, she will be your wife, yes. But think of those lunar person on the Moon, not just her." Referring to Acadia. "We need a new queen as soon as possible, Luan."

I turned to him. "I'm not that stupid for not knowing that, as*hole." My answer. “That’s why I’m here, isn’t it? To bring the new queen of the Moon. ”

"What's your plan?" He asked and approached me.

"If she doesn't agree to marry me in the way I talked to her properly, I will marry her in a way violently." I answered and drew a grin on his lips.

“That’s why I like you!”

"Then sorry not sorry, I don't fuckin'ike you."

"Oh! That's harsh!" he, while laughing. "I still like you even if you don't like me back, dadeh ~"

And before he could run I quickly kicked his snout which caused him to lie down on the sofa, because of what I did, he lay down on the sofa. I got up from sitting next to him earlier and pointed the gun at his forehead.

"Farewell, Nicolas." I grinned before pulling the trigger.

ACADIA'S POV

I woke up from lying here on the mat because I woke up sweating profusely.

I turned to the fan, "It's open" I whispered and fetched water to drink that.

I looked at the clock and it was four o'clock in the morning. I decided to brew coffee and go out of the house.

When I opened the door, I was shocked after I saw someone from outside looking straight at me.

"A-AAHHHHH!" I shouted and out of panic, something spilled on my coffee. "A-Aaaiisshh!" I while blowing my hand that was drenched in hot coffee.

I looked again at the woman in front of our house. "Who are you?" I asked and my gaze hovered over her.

I can't say she's wearing weird because she's so beautiful. Strange. It was a thin cloth with different colors layered on top of it. Its design is simple but still beautiful because of the star-like glitter from there.

"Where am I? I don't know this place. ” She asked and I frowned.

"Are you lost?" I asked and she stepped closer to me. "Don't come any closer!" I immediately shouted at her.

"I'm not a bad person. I really don't know this place… I don't even know the world where this place is. ” Her defense.

Huh? What does she not know this world? Is this woman crazy?

“I am thirsty. Can I ask for water? ”

“O-Okay. B-But hep! Hep! Hep! You're only up to here." I added as I pointed to the long chair outside our house.

She smiled and bowed. "I understand. Thanks a lot." She said politely and sat down in the chair. She is very modest when speaking, huh.

I went inside the house again to get water to give to the unknown woman.

"Here." Me and handed her a glass of water.

"Thank you." She and quickly drank that. She looks very thirsty.

"What's your name?" I asked and sipped coffee.

"Luna." She answered and I smiled sparingly. The beauty of her name.

"Your name is beautiful." I just said that.

"Do you know where I am?" she asked so I turned to her. I remember what

she said just now.

"A-Are you really serious you don't know this world?" I asked back and she nodded. "Then where are you from?" I will ask.

"On the moon." She answered and I spilled the coffee I drank.

LUAN'S POV

"For you, life is just a joke?!" The king asked angrily as Nicolas and I could no longer paint our faces due to the expulsion from somewhere.

‘How the king is here?’

“I'm not sending you here to waste time, Luan. And you Nicolas? I'm sending you here to help him with what he MUST do here but what are you doing?! What are you doing?!" He asked loudly.

"R-Right now, Luan already knows the woman who will be the next queen of the Moon but—"

"Are you having a hard time saying you're going to marry her?" The king interrupted what Nicolas had to say and looked at me.

I nodded, “People here are different. I also just met the woman who will be the next queen and… and… she is still too young so I am slowing down my plan with her. I want her to know me better first— ”

“But you know we're running out of time, Luan. If that's the case, it would be better for you to just marry Demetria so that we won't have any more difficulties. ” He cuts to what I was saying so shocked that I looked him in the face.

“B-But F-Father! I dont like her!" I shouted and Nicolas grabbed me.

“Luan. That is the king. ” He whispered so I forced myself to calm down.

“Father… I don’t like her. I don't want to be king if she becomes my queen. ” I answer directly.

"And maybe you don't like that woman even more?" He question that the referred to is Acadia. “In fact, you don't know that woman better than Demetria who has been with you since you were a child. If you don't want Demetria, I'll give you five days, and if you haven't brought the woman to the Moon, even if you don't want Demetria, she will be your queen. ” The king and it has disappeared.

I gasped for breath. I will marry everyone not just Demetria. Argh!

“What?!” I asked loudly after hearing what Nicolas said.

"Luna is here in the world of people!" I didn't have a good start to sleep last night, and it's still the same at the end of my sleep this morning.

"Where is she?" I asked after calming myself down.

"I don't know. No one knows where she is. ” He answered and I closed my eyes emphatically.

"You're going to cook." Me and quickly got up from the bed.

“Huh? Won't you look for Lu— ”

“I have a class today. I will look for her later. ” I’m cutting to what he has to say.

“What?! What about Luna?! ” He asked loudly so I was annoyed to face it.

"You know my sister, don't you??" I asked her and frowned.

"Yes."

“He can handle herself. Now cook. ” Me and walked out of the room again. "Wait." I and he looked again who was now stuck walking with me. "Just buy something out of what I'm going to eat." I seriously droned and walked again. I heard he whisper and just ignored it.

ACADIA'S POV

"Where are you going?" I turned to Luna who was leaning on the not -so -large table on the side of where I was lying.

I let her in because it was cold outside. And she was kind.

"At the University." My answer.

"We went there to study." Acey while busy arranging the contents of his bag. Luna nodded.

"Then why is Acadia's uniform different?"

“I'm a Jani—”

"I'm leaving." I didn't finish what I was going to say because of Acasia

I turned to Luna again, "I'm a janitress in the morning, and a student in the evening." I answered and slung my bag over my shoulder. "Are you done, Acey?" I asked my sister.

“It's over, sister. You go outside first. ” She answered so I went out and Luna.

"Where are you going now? I will be home later at ten o'clock in the evening while my siblings will be later at six o'clock in the evening. ”

"I don't know where else to go." She replied weakly, "I'll just wait here." Suddenly she replied with a smile.

I didn't answer right away. It would be too long if she waited here for a few hours and she would definitely be hungry.

I turned to Aling Glo's store. It would be embarrassing if I left Luna there and she had to spend more on food. "Just come with us to the University." I said with a smile as Acey came out.

"Wait, I'll just lock the door, sister." Acey.

"It's okay." I answered and in less than 30 seconds she locked it.

"Let's go." Acey and the three of us walked to University at the same time.

"Sister, is it okay for her to wear that?" Acey so I turned to Luna.

I just noticed now that… she is so beautiful. She was shiny in super white, her hair was long reaching to her waist, it was a bit curly. Her eyebrow didn't blast. That’s in range and even thick is nice to look at. Unlike my eyebrow, it's already thick, still blast. Her eyelashes are long and still curved. I don’t know if that’s natural or not but it’s nice to look at. Her eyes are pitch black…

I was amazed, that's nice. Usually as colored as human eyes are brown. Her is literally black. She is thin which makes her even more beautiful. Her natural -looking pink lips are really amazing. The shape of her lip was heart -shaped.

It's like I want to cry, I've only just seen such a perfect face in my whole life.

“That’s okay. She looks good in her clothes. ” My answer.

“Wow, Lods?! Who is that?" Kerky's question after I entered the staff quarters with Luna.

just outside the university Luna has already caught people's attention. Others are still stunned after seeing her.

"It's Luna." I answered and for no apparent reason I felt a little annoyed by his smiling nod. Tsk.

“Just come here first, Luna. I'm still in the professor's office, I'll be the first to clean and he might not be happy if I take you there but after that you'll come with me, to the library. ” I smiled at her and she nodded.

“All right. I will wait." She replied.

“Oh chongs! Please watch Luna, I will come back to her later. ” I and my other colleagues agreed.

“Yes, Acadia. We will watch over your girlfriend. ” Mang Karding that my eyes widened.

"HAHAHAHA you crazy."

"Don't joke like that, Acadia is mine." Kerky and laughed out loud as our companions shouted at us.

"Nice joke." I whispered and quickly left the staff quarters.

"I'm serious." Kerky and chased me.

“I am going straight to the Office of Professor. Bye! ”

When I got away I was grabbed by my chest. The strength of my heartbeat and I feel very hot all over my face especially when he said he was serious about the words he left earlier.

AAAAAHHH! Why do I feel this way?

“If you don’t want to knock on the door, maybe you want me to do it and then I’ll open the door so we can enter my office?” I jumped in shock to hear that from near my ear.

“WHY DO I FEEL!” I shouted and quickly bowed. "I-I'm sorry." I and gave way for the door.

I heard her faint laugh, "We have something to talk about so put your work aside first." He said and I just nodded.

What could that be?
