**POV Eleanor**

After a few seconds, I managed to get up, feeling somewhat groggy but considerably better. I stood firm, my legs no longer wobbly. The woman’s words echoed in my mind, urging me to go to the river near the forest. With uncertain steps, I moved towards the door, my vision still somewhat blurry, allowing me to only make out shadows around me. However, a strange sensation enveloped me; my senses seemed amplified, as if my hearing and touch were sharper. I could sense people approaching and hear them from a distance.

Walking through the palace corridors, still dazed, I headed to the kitchen to get a glass of water when I detected the presence of two people talking. I crouched down to listen, hiding behind the dark red curtains.

"Perfect... take this to her room. Tomorrow morning, everything will be according to my plans," Katy’s voice echoed from behind the stairs.
