Chapter 11

After making the food, she slowly walked to the King's room.

"You can't blame the girl totally" Lucius' voice came.

" Why? It's her fault not mine" Dylan said in anger.

" Your Highness, she is a timid girl and you know she's not feeling too fine" Lucius defended.

Dylan glared at Lucius. He didn't like the way he was taking her side.

Selena not wanting to hear anymore knocked.

"Who's there?" Lucius asked.

"Selena," she replied.

" Come in," he said.

" Why?" Dylan glared at him.

Lucius just shrugs.

"Please sir, I need your help. My hands are full" Selena said.

Lucius quickly went to the door and opened it.

And the aroma of the food mixed with the delicious smell of its carrier hit Dylan's nose. He inhaled a whole chunk of air and exhaled slowly. He forced himself not to smile.

"I'm sorry to disturb you," Selena said softly.

" No problem. Come on in" Lucius said with a smile.

Selena nodded and walked in with the big tray in her hands. Her heart skipped when she saw Dylan
