“Arianna, look at this!” Alaina yelled suddenly, making Arianna jump.

“What? Oh my.” Arianna said looking at Alaina’s computer screen. Alaina had managed to track down her mother’s friends last living relative. She couldn’t believe it. It was Caleb.

“So, Caleb is Hannah’s so many greats grandson.” Arianna said.

“Looks that way.” Alaina said. “I wonder if he knows.”

“I don’t know. For a split second after that amulet knocked you on your ass, surprised crossed his face. I don’t think he knew what kind of power it held.” Arianna said to her.

“I wonder if the power came from the amulet, or if it came from him.”

“Could be a little of both. The amulet could have magnified his own powers, powers that look like they are just starting to manifest themselves.” Arianna said.
