MasukWillow’s life was already a dangerous temptation, sharing a roof with four handsome, towering, and domineering stepbrothers who push every boundary between family and fantasy. But when her father is murdered and her home drenched in blood, on the same day a truth unfolded: her stepbrothers weren't always what they seemed, they were lycans and fate had cruelly marked her to them. Now on the run from traitors of her pack and hunted by an unknown enemy who wants her blood to break a curse she doesn't even have a slightest clue of, Willow is trapped between the pull of her stepbrothers' touch and the fear of surrendering to them completely. The more they protect her in her new surrounding, the more she falls for them and wants to explore her fantasies. They all made a promise to return Willow back to her pack when she's ready and reclaim her father's title as Alpha, but as jealousy began to creep in and the desire to share her diminished into a heated rivalry, can they fulfill their promise to her or this is to be a bond even the moon goddess might regret?
Lihat lebih banyakBeing the only girl living in a house with four stepbrothers, you could imagine what I’m going through. Today was mom and dad’s 3 year marriage anniversary, even though I thought my dad would never be happy with another woman since mom died, it seems I was wrong, he was having the time of his life.
“Willow,” Kris, the eldest of the quadruplets, entered the kitchen where I was preparing the anniversary meals. “Are you still on this?” I saw his gaze move to the meat I’ve just finished frying and quickly jumped to cover his lips with my palm, “Noo, noo.” But he was taller than me and much more muscular. In fact, all my stepbrothers were tall, well-built young handsome dudes who I’m shy to say…make my nipples itch sometimes when they’re around me. “Guys, she’d done frying the meat,” he yelled out to the boys who wasted no time rushing for the door. I hurried to the kitchen door and closed it, trying to lock it when they started pushing with me. I hated them, they always treated me like just another dude. No tint of softness, no lady treatment, living with them was pure torture. As they pushed harder I jumped out of the way when my black tank top hooked the handle of the door which swung with force to the other direction eventually tearing my top off and swinging the apron to my rear. I wasn’t wearing any bra, my boobs were exposed. The boys bounced in the kitchen after their short victory and froze at me. Even I couldn’t move at the moment, I was staring at their eyes which were clearly feeding off the view of my boobs. There has always been a little sexual tension between us at home, but this would be the first time they saw me a smitch of my nakedness. I got out of the trance and quickly pulled my apron from behind to cover myself. They threw their eyes forward and walked past me like nothing happened, heading for my fried meats. I couldn’t resist the urge to defend my meat, I chased after them holding my apron tightly to myself, “No. Take your hands off it all of you.” I tried to involve my hand when the apron shifted to the side, showing my nipples so I grabbed it back and just yelled at them. They’ve always been little criminals coming to hijack food in my kitchen. I would eventually overpower them one day but not today, my boobs are on the bleak of exposure. Axel, the youngest one, turned to me, “She’s not fighting today.” He chuckled and walked off. “But she’s yelling as usual,” Kris added as he gulped meat down his throat and walked out proudly. Everyone else picked theirs and headed for the door smiling at me, except for Zane, he doesn’t smile much. Axel flashed his piece of meat in my face teasing me with it as he walked off. He was the more playful one, I hated him either way. I sighed as soon as they left, my insufferable big step brothers. I walked up to my tang top and picked it up, it was torn apart, “I sighed again.” At least I was done with the cooking. Suddenly Thane, the second born of the quadruplets walked in the kitchen with his jacket and stood in front of me without saying a word, he only gestured to me to put my hand through the sleeve which I did. He held the other sleeve out and I put the other arm through. I didn’t say a word either, Thane was the second nicest of all the four, but was always obsessed with dressing me up like a baby sister even though this was the first time he’d see me fully naked. As soon as both my hands were in, he threw my apron back briefly exposing my boobs which he covered up with the jacket in the same second, buttoning it up. The air between us was hot as fuck, I was nervous, I could feel his breathe and I’m pretty sure he could hear mine that kept echoing through my nose like from a vacuum. “Is mom and dad back from the park meeting?” I questioned trying to ease the tension. “No,” he answered briefly and pulled me closed by the jacket as he put together the second button. My nipples were literally hard with the jacket’s fabric rubbing against it. I fought back my imagination then I looked up again. He towered over me with his huge chest, his beautiful eyes unwaveringly resting on my torso as he put together the last button. Was I getting wet for my stepbrother? Yes I know, I was but I could help it. I hope he doesn’t notice. Suddenly I felt something spooking my lower stomach, it stretched from his pantsBranches clawed at my arms and face as I ran. My lungs burned, legs shaking so badly I thought they’d buckle with every step. Sweat stung my eyes, soaked my shirt, and plastered hair to my neck. I didn’t dare look back. I couldn’t stop. If I stopped, Kris’s scream would catch up to me, or worse…the thing inside him would. The village edge appeared through the trees like a promise. I burst into the clearing, gasping, stumbling, almost falling. As I entered through the entrance, faces turned to me. Whispers rippled. I didn’t care.Zane was already moving toward me, shirtless, heaving, skin streaked with dirt and drying blood from the gash on his forehead. His eyes were black, furious, searching every inch of me before he reached me.He didn’t speak. Just cupped my face with both hands and kissed me hard, tasting like salt and fear and relief. Then he scooped me up, one arm under my knees, the other around my back, holding me against his chest like I might disappear again.“You okay?”
Kris bent down without warning, hooked one arm behind my knees and the other around my back, and hoisted me up onto his shoulder like I weighed nothing. My stomach pressed against the hard ridge of his muscle, my head dangled down his back. The world tilted beneath me…dirt path, bushes, Zane’s still body shrinking behind us as he took me away. Two lycans stepped out from the thick bushes, moving towards us, their eyes fierce and dangerous. They were tall, scarred, dressed in leader clothes filled with furs. They look like scouts. One clapped slowly, the sound sharp in the quiet forest. The other grinned.“Good work, Kris,” the first one said, voice low and approving. “The Lycan king will be pleased. We were beginning to think we’d be hanging out here and waiting on you forever.”Kris didn’t answer. He just adjusted his grip on my thighs and kept walking, boots crunching leaves. They were waiting? My head banged. How did he? I thought no one knew the location of the village except for
The spear tip hovered an inch from Zane’s throat. One twitch and blood would spill.I couldn’t breathe. My feet moved before my brain caught up.“Stop,” I said, voice cracking but loud enough to cut through. I pushed between Zane and the spear, palms raised. “Just stop. Please.”Zane’s hand shot to my shoulder, trying to shove me back. “Willow…”“No.” I shook him off, heart slamming so hard I thought it would bruise my ribs. “No more blood. Not today. Not any of you.”The men didn’t lower the spears. Their eyes stayed cold, locked on us.“I’d go with them," my lips moved before I realized. I just wanted to end it all. It was too much.“You're not going with them," Zane argued.“No she's not," Thane gripped my waist gently and pulled me back. “Willow stays with us.""Then none of you are going anywhere,” the man in front shouted. "You're not walking past us."Axel stepped forward, calm, almost bored. “You want one person to stay behind, right? Fine. Take me. Leave the rest.”The lead m
I woke to the sound of the birds whistling outside, yawning with my mouth wide open before looking around.Somehow we’d all ended up on the couch last night, too wired to separate, too tired to care about comfort. The four of them had arranged themselves around me like a living barricade, Kris stretched out at one end, legs hanging off, Thane curled against the armrest on my left, Axel half-slumped on the floor with his back to the couch legs, Zane sprawled closest to me, one arm thrown across the backrest.Kris turned around to me, realizing I had woken up. I was second to wake before the others stretched and opened their eyes. The morning sun slipped through the little splintered holes in the boarded window, throwing thin golden spears across the dusty floor and over their faces. Dust motes drifted in the light like tiny ghosts. No one spoke.Kris stirred first. A low, rumbling yawn broke the quiet. He rubbed a hand over his face, eyes still heavy. His eyes met mine again, he looked
