Upon returning back to the Black City, their carriage earned the silence of the streets when they passed. They arrived at noon, and the bustling environment was frozen upon their dreadful aura. As the Weres stood over to the sides to give them a path, the others paused their business to pay a welcoming homage to their governs.

“It’s quiet,” Cataleia spoke as they eyed the people in the streets who couldn’t even bear to look at them. “What’s wrong with them?”
