[SAGE's Point of View]

Do you know what sucks in this life? It is the idea of dying.

There was a time na bigla kong natanong sa sarili ko na... bakit pa nabuhay ang tao kung kailangan n'ya din namang mamatay sa huli?

Anong purpose ng buhay?

Anong purpose ng death? Ng katapusan?

Then this morning, I woke up feeling so drowsy. My head ache so bad pero nagawa kong gumising at tumayo mula sa hinigaan ko. I didn't exactly know why but my feet took me down the stairs and found myself standing in front of Lolo Dado's room.

That is when I found out that we will be leaving today because of Lolo Dado's condition.

Parang nawala lahat ng iniinda kong antok at sakit nang sabihin sa akin yun ni Ate Rian. I crept inside Lolo's room and sat beside his bed, held his crinkled hand and watched him sleeping.
