CHAPTER SIX

"First thing first, sorry for not taking you up on your offer, something came up. Secondly I know it's your birthday today so I brought you flowers" William stretched out his hand and handed her the flower.

"I hate flowers"

"No u don't, do you want to tell me what's going on with you and ur friends?" William asked

"Not really"

After a little hesitation Chloe finally spoke up; 

"They lied to me, I haven't been this embarrassed since I was a kid, who do they think they were messing with" Chloe was literally fuming with anger 

"Calm down Chloe, Cami sent me here, I saw her at the bar and she told me what happened and that she feels really bad"

"I don't want to hear it " Chloe cuts Willam short.

"Fine, at least let me take you out, it's ur birthday after all"

"I do not celebrate birthdays but thank you for your kind gesture."

"Ok I think you misunderstood me I'm not asking for permission Chloe"

Chloe took a deep breath and then agreed for some unknown reason William had great impact on her and she could not resist him.

"Let me run up and change"Chloe said as she turned around and found her way upstairs.

A little while later Chloe stepped out in a short green floral print dress and a black sandal. After taking permission from Sandra she left with William. He took her to the bar where they first met, little did Chloe know there was a surprise waiting for her on the other end of the door.

"SUPRISE!!!"

Immediately as Chloe stepped through the door her supposed friends and the people they invited jumped up and yelled suprise. William turned to look at Chloe's face and then he noticed that her face was red in anger and then she stormed out.

"Chloe wait" William yelled through the parking lot.

Chloe stopped and turned around

"I cannot believe you brought me out here for this"

"I don't understand Chloe, they just wanted to make it up to you and so did I"

"So you schemed against me?. Did you ever wonder if I would be okay with the so called suprise?"Chloe asked

"Enough Chloe, tell me what is going on, now!"Willam wasn't going to play along anymore, he needed to know what was in her head.

"Fine, you want to know so bad?"

(William nodded)

"Today isn't just my birthday,it is also the death anniversary of my parents, they left me on my birthday, I was just 2 years old. when my nanny told me I couldn't help but hate this day and ever since I found out I have never celebrated this day and here we are today, supposedly having a surprise party. What's more surprising than finding out that ur parents picked a business deal over you and died on ur birthday day. Sorry I'm not jumping with joy seeing people that betrayed me trying to kiss my ass by throwing a lame ass suprise party. I cannot pretend to be happy when I am obviously not. I am not ready to forgive those people because they hurt me really bad. I trusted them and asked numerous times for the truth and they lied. Are you satisfied now that you know?" 

Willam was left speechless and all he could do was pull Chloe in for a hug

"I'm sorry you had to go through all that. Let me make it up to you" 

"How?"Chloe asked

"You and me, tomorrow, Paris" William smirked 

"I do love Paris, fine. Now please take me home"

"Alright" William opened the car door and Chloe got in.

"Um William, how did you find out where I live?"summer asked as it then came to her that an outsider came to her house. 

"First day I met you, you were drunk and you literally blurted it out" William chuckled 

"Gosh I cannot hold in my alcohol at all"

The following day William picked Chloe up and they headed to the airport. In order not to draw too much attention to themselves, they both put on disguise. Not that Chloe needed it or anything because no one knew who she was but being seen with William Channing will draw her a lot of attention and she most definitely did not want that. They boarded first class on the plane.

After arriving in Paris a limo was outside the airport waiting to take them to the hotel where they will be staying for the next few days.

After arriving at the hotel, 

"This is us" William gestured to the door in front of them. They were standing in front of one of the finest suite the hotel had to offer.

"What do you mean by 'us' Willam, we're sharing?"

"Well yes, you are my girlfriend and I..."

"Wait a sec, did you just say girlfriend?" Chloe was shocked at what she just heard.

"Yh I did, any problem?"

"No"

(was it that easy, I thought one had to ask first? And did Chloe just indirectly agreed? what is happening right now. Wait a sec they are sharing a room together. Their relationship couldn't be any sweeter than this.)

They went into the room.

"This is beautiful" Chloe smiled

"I picked the best for you" William stood all manly and exhibiting aura.

"I'll go take a shower now"Chloe proceeded into the room.

later that night, it was 9pm in Paris, Chloe called Sandra to tell her about her whereabouts.

"Hey Sandra, I won't be home for the next few days, I'm in..."

"Paris" Sandra interupted" William called to tell me. didn't it occur to you that you would tell me when you are leaving the country, do you want to see me have a heart attack?"

"I'm calling now ain't I?" Chloe responsed

"I will deal with you when you get back"

"Good night nanny" Chloe yawned and stretched her hands all tired and stuff.

"Good night baby, and if anything comes up don't hesitate to call me, ok?"

"Yes nanny" summer disconnected the call.

The following morning William woke up to an empty bed. He quickly took his bath and headed out to look for Chloe. He later found her in the pool.

"What are you doing her Chloe, why didn't you wake me up?"

"You were sleeping so peacefully and I really wanted to go swimming"

"Fine, can we go now? I have a whole day of activities planned out for us"

"In a minute,I'm waiting for someone"

"Who?"

"Miss Chloe" a voice echoed, it was Dave.

"Him" Chloe replied to Willam as she got out of the pool. The pool guy then handed her a robe.

"Dave, it is so nice to see you again"she hugged Dave. 

"Good morning Miss"

"Good morning, so what's the update in the factory?"

"Well, since you fired the last set of workers the new ones have been consistent and production has increase" he handed a file to her.

"Here is the monthly summary and I hope you find time to look into it soon, I need your review as soon as possible" Dave demand

" I will get back to you soon" Chloe responsed

"Also the new liquid soap is ready for testing, if you could also sign the release papers we can hire test subjects" Dave added and then handed another file to Chloe which she signed.

"That will be all for now" Dave stood up and shook her hands then left.

"Why don't you have Sandra do all this?" Willam asked.

"Because I sign all the important documents" 

"Can we go now?"William had been waiting for her to round up her meeting

"Sure"

on their way to the room, Liam saw a friend of his that he was trying to avoid. He drew Chloe in and kissed her to hide his face. That was her first kiss. Chloe's eye grew wider as he wrapped her head around the situation.

"Um..." Chloe tried to find her words 

" I saw someone I was trying to avoid" William explained

"oh" she was a little disapointed

"I've been meaning to kiss you and this was a perfect opportunity for me to do it" he added

"Ok" she was smiling from ear to ear.

A little while later on their way out, they ran into the girl William was trying to avoid earlier on.

"William"

"Stephanie" William replied.
