Chapter Four: Queen's Decision

While in the kingdom of Eliséa, the queen can be seen walking back and forth restlessly in front

of her throne.

“The elysium treasure is already hinting to the princess.I need to keep an eye on her." the queen

said.

"Your majesty, can you sit down.I feel dizzy from your back and forth walking.Please get relaxed

a little bit," Nimfae gently said while looking at the queen's whereabouts.

Nimfae is the trusted friend and right hand of the majesty,the Queen. She is currently standing in

front of the queen, with her son Nef Xyrex. The queen stopped walking because of what her

friend said and just sat on her throne.

"This is all my fault Nimfae. If I had only accepted Dreyfus' family, he and his wife would not

have died, nor my granddaughter wouldn't have suffered because of the elysium treasure."

Queen said with sadness.

"Your Majesty, you are not at fault, we just believe in our beliefs." Nimfae comforted while

approaching towards to the majesty to touch its back.

The queen touched his head then squeezed her senses before reminiscing the past. The past

that still keep hunting her every night.

"Your Majesty, have mercy on my beloved. My wife is pregnant. She carries your granddaughter

in her womb," Dreyfus pleaded to the queen.

The queen remained seated on her throne without looking at her beloved son.

There she saw judges and other high officials, as well as other ordinary fairies living in the

kingdom. All their eyes were focused on the queen's son and his mortal wife who caressing her

belly.

"That brings misfortune. They just deserve to be kicked out of here," shouted one.

"The fairy is only for the fairy and the mortal is only for the mortal!"

“Right, a curse was brought by the dear prince to the kingdom,” others added

The queen's attention was only caught when one of the judges of the kingdom suddenly spoke

so she immediately looked at it.

"Your Majesty, I'm sorry but we have to follow our beliefs. The prince made a mistake so he deserves to be punished along with his mortal wife." he said politely as he bowed his head.

The queen just nodded to the judge and thought deeply. Then she looked at her subjects to

check the reactions and judgment about it.

"Then–" he interrupted before looking at his son and its pregnant wife.

"Mother, I'm sorry but I hope you have mercy on me as well as my future family." he sobbed on

what he says while kneeling before the queen.

The queen gently touched her son's face as she looked at her mortal husband before facing the

prince. Her majesty's old hard emotions gradually softened. Pain, sadness and longing were

already visible in her eyes.

"Sorry, my dear child!" sad whisper of the queen.

After a while, the queen stopped squeezing her senses and just closed her eyes to stop

ominous tears that would fall from his eyes.She sighed a multiple times before speaking up

again.

"I'm guilty of what happened in the past, Nimfae. Its look like I can face my granddaughter

anymore because of the repulsion I did to them.I don't have any rights to go to her and said I'm

her paternal grandparents. But I need her help and she needs me too, especially now,that the

treasure inside her is insinuating.I need to help her,she needs to control the treasure or else."

“What will happen to the princess, if she can't resist the power of treasure." Nimfae asked.

"My granddaughter soul will be trapped the elysium's nightmare, and her human body will died."

Queen says with fear.

""In that case, what are you planning, Your Majesty?" Nimfae asked.

"I will go to her now and monitor everything that happens in my granddaughter's life. If its

possible I'll show up to her today and explain everything." Queen said with confident as his eyes

focused on the friend's face.

"Your Majesty, please don't mind my interruption to your conversation but I want to suggest

something to you." said Nimfae's son, Nef Xyrex.

The queen looked at its whereabouts before speaking.

" What is it, Nef?"

"Earlier when we visited the princess's dream, I noticed that she was very scared. If you do what

you want according to your plan. I'm sure she will be more scared because she doesn't

understand what is happening. She'll get panicked,your highness, " He explained.

"You're right, then, what are we supposed to do?" the queen asked as she formed as if thinking

deeply.

"I suggest that we will tell to the princess little by little. Let's monitor her and her actions first

until we get her attention so that she, herself would take the initiative to know everything." Nef

said politely.

The queen thought of Nimfae's son's suggestion, even though she felt the great fear that her

granddaughter felt when she was almost imprisoned in the nightmare caused by the treasure.

So she turned to Nef again and spoke.

"I agree with you Nef, I shouldn't surprise the princess. I have to take it easy so that she fully

understands everything and so that she also voluntarily come here in the kingdom." Queen's

said with a smile.

"You made the right decision, Your Majesty.Everything will get smoothly as you planned,"

Nimfae agreed with what the queen says as she continued to caress its back.

The queen and her two companions smiled at her decision.

But their sweet smiles disappeared when suddenly the queen rose from her throne, and said—.

"In that case, get ready Nef and we will go to the world of humans later. We will monitor and

gradually let him know what he should know. And what I want is for me to do it myself. I will

take back my granddaughter, I will bring her back to this kingdom" the queen said in a serious

voice.

"Your wish is my command, Your Majesty." Nef said with a fake smile on his lips.
