Good for nothing man

Bethany froze before him dumbfounded. She heard a lot about Jordan and that was about how good he is and she never imagined that the good-hearted Jordan Powers would ask her, a married woman, to strip before him.

She felt disgusted and used all the strength she had left in her to push him away. Not expecting that push, Jordan was taken aback.

A lot of ladies would bow to his request even though they were married. They know what they would benefit if they do as he says and he was sure Bethany know the same, but she pushed him. His baby mama was surely a nutso and he like that.

Bethany glared at him with rage burning in her eyes. How could a man like him be so shameless?

"You should fix your life, good for nothing man," she spat and stormed out of his office.

Jordan watched as she left his office and immediately she slammed the door, he smirked. His baby mama was really a different woman. There was surely something about her.

He suddenly sensed a presence in the forest and looked out his window. The werewolves he sent away, banished from his people were in the forest. This time, he would teach them an unforgettable lesson.

He clenched his jaw and tightened his fist.

.....

"We did as you said. We left the pack and went our way. We never attacked again so what more do you want from us? Aren't we paying our dues without hesitant?" A Werewolf, standing in before his pack members, demanded with urgency in his voice. He needed an answer immediately because his pack is being treated as outcasts. Why? He wanted to know.

Jordan ordered them to set trenches and boundaries, preventing them from having anything to do with the other packs. They were isolated in their small pack hood. They needed food. They have children in their pack. Children need to be fed but how would they get them food if boundaries are set? They demanded an answer.

"It is the order of the Alpha. There is nothing we can do about it." Bolto answered.

Rufus, the alpha of the rogue wolves and about 10 other rogues swerved into the midst of the werewolves but when they saw them ready to attack, they all moved back in fright. They were outnumbered and would be wiped out if they try anything funny.

"You are full of wickedness. How could you build dangerous trenches and boundaries against us? Think about the children in our midst, how will they get food to eat? I deserve this punishment but not the children. Please have mercy on these little ones. Have mercy on the pregnant she-wolves." Bolto pleaded and went to the ground immediately with his head on the floor. "I beg of you, uncle."

Bolto looked down and sighed lowly. He does pity his young nephew, but that is the punishment he has to face for going against Jordan. There is nothing he can do about it.

"I am sorry Rufus. My hands are tied." He said to him softly.

Rufus tightened his fist and shut his eyes. No one is listening to him. How would they survive without hunting?

"You were the first to go against the Alpha and you know how he is. He is without mercy. He did it for the benefit of the werewolves. We wouldn't want you creating another ruckus in our kingdom." Bolto added firmly.

Hearing this Rufus got angry. He only opposed to the rules of Jordan and that is considered a bad thing? He voiced out Jordon's brutality and for that, he has to face this punishment with his pack who did nothing?

He looked up with a clenched jaw and sneered. "Tell your alpha that he would never get a child with his wicked deeds. He is hurting young children and nemesis will catch up with him sooner or later."

Bolto sighed loudly, "If he was here, you wouldn't talk in such manner."

The rogues with Rufus quickly walked to him and helped him up.

"You have done your best. Let's go." They said to him and dragged him away.

While leaving, Rufus caught a glimpse of Jordan, standing far away from them. He stared at him darkly, until they took him away. Unfortunately, one of the rogues fell into the trench and was caught by the edge of a sharp tree branch which went through his heart, leading to his death.

"Nemeses has caught up with you," Bolto said coldly.

Jordan smirked and left, not letting any of his pack members see him. He went back to his pack house cause someone requested to see him and he has to meet her. It's been a while. He heard she was sick and that got him troubled.

He went into a chamber and the servants there quickly bowed to him. He looked at the old woman on the bed and sighed loudly.

"Leave." He ordered.

They bowed again and left immediately.

"Jordan, is that you?" The old woman asked.

"Yes," he replied and walked closer to her. "Old friend."

Her lips curled up and she stretched her hand to him. Jordan took her hand in his and sat down beside her. "I told you to always take care of yourself, Amor. You always get me worried about you. Do you want to die?"

She giggled. "I am old already. I should be dead by now. But don't worry, I won't die until I see your baby. It's my dream to see my friend's baby and kiss him."

"You saying that will only make me not to bring my son to you." He said, staring at the lady who have always been there for him during his childhood when he had no one else.

She is his first friend and has been faithful to him even though she was growing older than him. He was there when she was born and now, she is about to die before him.

Realizing what he said, she opened her eyes widely and looked at him. "Bring your son to me? What do you mean by that?"

He can't hide his secret from her anymore. He trusts her enough to tell her about his son. He sighed and placed his hand on hers. "I have a son with a human."

Her mouth dropped open as the surge of shock flow into her body. She forced herself to seat up and pulled her hand from his. "What have you done?"
