Claire's POV

I left the kitchen, Gamma Harrison as he called himself was nice. I thought all the wolves here were all cruel and mean just like their Alpha but he proved my theory wrong even though he showed me kindness by helping me treat my wounds, I still trusted no one in this pack.

"I should have told him that hadn't eaten maybe he would have persuaded that wicked head chef to give me some food before he left, I am so hungry" I pouted my lips, my stomach was growling, my belly hurt terribly, I had not tasted food or even drank water, my lips was dry and my legs felt wobbly, I could hardly walk straight.

I thought of the Gamma again, maybe I should have not let my ego get the better of me, I would have eaten some food but he might think that I was taking advantage of the little kindness he showed me, he might have seen me as an opportunist.
