Chapter 31 Taken

Tess Sunrise pov

I woke up hearing humming and a shower running.

It was the same tune that Eros and I had danced to, and I grinned.

“I'm his bitten soulmate,” I murmured to myself and was in disbelief still it caused me to giggle.

“All of this is so unreal,” I muttered as I slipped out of his bed and patted my bare ass over to his dresser to borrow one of his tees.

Holding it in my hand I glanced at the closed bathroom door and pinched my lips.

Curious about whether or not I should join him, I decided why not.

What could it hurt, I surmised as I turned the doorknob and entered the steamy room.

“Hey, is it alright if I join you,” I called out to Eros.

The shower door opened and my mouth dropped.

Eros looked twenty years younger. His eyes no longer had crow's feet, and his face was smooth. The creases in his forehead were non-existent.
