Despite her tough defenses, Elizabeth still suffered effects such as concussions should she take enough physical damage.
Unfortunately for Elizabeth, falling from an insanely tall height would knock her out.

The ability to manipulate psionic energy allows the user to be able to do anything. This is not a metaphor or figure of speech. Someone with enough control and psionic power can warp reality to fit their needs, no matter how crazy their desires are.
