She screamed out of fear and lost her appetite after she read the letter."Tonia! Mama thought for a while before giving a response to Tonia's question. "You don't necessarily need to travel down to the south, Abuja is large enough for you to hide without anyone knowing." Mama Agnes' final phrase struck Tonia's spirit if only Mama Agnes knew she wouldn't be returning anytime soon. She assumed she heard Mama's voice calling out to her, so she intensified her walk. She was lucky at the bus stop, the cab needed just one more passenger to occupy the last seat. She kept her load inside the boot and filled the leftover spot. She made a kiosk outside where she displayed her goods and there was a good turnover.She has helped her mother out managing the store countless times, she knew how to grow a business from scratch because her mother taught her the principle that connects buying and selling of goods before she slept in glory.Slowly and steadily her business began to grow, most people in the neighbourhood preferred to patronise her because of how fresh most of her goods are, and also she sells at an affordable price, she's not part of those that hike up the price of the stock.
