***Bethany’s POV***

While blushing in the moonlight, I turned to face him. The darn man just laughed and it irked me. If only he wouldn’t cause a scene back there, I wouldn’t come with him. “I don’t understand why you keep on doing this, Jacob. Please stop,” I begged him.

“Are you certain?”

“Yes, I am sure. Just focus on your wife,” I told him and he clenched his jaw while looking at me. For a moment, he became silent, but I patiently waited for him to speak. Suddenly, he grabbed me towards his body.
