Jordan's POV

The gap between us was almost closed, just a tiny space that even an insect wouldn't fit and just then, a sharp sound shot through the air and destroyed the moment, or maybe, saved me I guess.

The door flung open and Sienna, the housekeeper was just a few seconds from flipping the curtain open when his growl shook the building.

“Don't come in. I didn't call for you!” He scolded and my heart sank. Thank the heavens!

“Forgive me.” She begged frantically and quickly turned away.

He turned to me now with a face devoid of any emotions and turned away. Slowly, he let go of my hand now,it wasn't sudden, it was a controlled release, as if he knew what he was doing.

My skin remained glued to the wall in shame as I couldn't even take a step forward.

He calmly picked up his briefcase and didn't look at me anymore. His footsteps echoed softly, following that same rhythmic pattern that made my heart flutter. His scent slowly disappeared and my eyes wouldn't let go of him. A deep breath escaped my lips and his hand tightened on the case, as if he felt it.

“I'll be back later,” her tiny shaky voice pleaded and I snapped out of my lingering insanity.

“Give me a minute,” I begged.

Immediately, I took of my muddy shirt and wiped the cum off the floor and called her in before running to my room.

Without hesitation, I slipped into the shower, my head still dizzy and confused about what had just happened.

The water seeped into my skin and my mind was clogged with thoughts I couldn't fathom.

So if she hadn't walked in?

Nah, snap out of it. Fuck no! Alpha Lorenzo would never! I'm just the jerky one and he even saved me.

The water freely flowed on my skin, washing away the thick mud, but an annoying sound kept on disturbing the peace and quiet.

“Who's that fellow?!” The words came out angrily as my feet stumped hard and I got out.

Who's disturbing my phone?

Water was still dripping off my body when my hand reached for the phone, the droplets wetting the screen softly.

It was none other but Killian.

“Hey…”

“I'm at the living room…”

“Come on…”

“Come meet me…”

“Say something…”

A sigh escaped my lips and the soft thud of the phone against the bed followed. Thereafter, I dried my skin and put on a short, ready to sleep now after an awkward day when a soft knock echoed on the door.

“Come in,” my voice rang out, my face stealing a glance at who it was.

The door creaked softly as it opened and the lock rattled softly as it closed and footsteps followed.

His familiar scent filled the room, making it difficult to breathe.

“What?!”

He didn't say a word, his footsteps just lingered until he was standing over me, his gaze locked on me with that annoying smile he normally used when he wanted to apologize me, or better still, fool me.

“Come on, Jordan.” His brows were raised as he stared at me and huffed softly.

“Come on?”

A deep sigh escaped his lips and the bed sank softly and his skin pressed against mine.

“Just go away, I don't want to talk to you.” How presence alone was disgusting to me now.

“Jordan, I'm sorry.” He finally apologized, his voice low and somewhat remorseful.

My mind was already heavy with lots of thoughts and I wanted to vent, I needed to scream and I couldn't help it. The urge was a searing feeling burning and forced me up to grab him by the throat and looked him straight in the eye with the sizzling rage burning in my eyes.

“You attacked me!” I slammed immediately. “You pushed me! You knew I couldn't shift! You fucking knew! You're a monster!” I cursed, my grip tightening on him.

My voice only grew louder and his stare was consistent and didn't break. Slowly, he brushed his fingers on my cheek, and moved down to my neck.

But I shoved him away.

“Don't touch me! You attacked me back there! What do you have to say about that?!”

But he bit his lower lip and stared at me in a way I couldn't help. His scent filled the air and diffused into my soul, slowly stiring up the feelings in me.

“I hate you,” I smiled softly, staring at him sheepishly.

He leaned in further now, our lips crashed into each other and it was beautiful.

The heat from his body was a feeling I had missed, one I had yearned for, he just thrived at pissing me off.

He paused for a second and stared at me, with those seductive golden eyes.

“You still mad at me?” He chuckled.

“Yes,” I feigned, trying to force a stern look but he held me closer and kissed me again.

And again, and another.

“How about now?” He laughed.

I hesitated for a second, my heart was fluttered with weird feelings and my face was glowing with sheepish smiles.

“Yes,” I retorted and looked away, folding my arms like a two year old would do.

“Liar.”

He pulled me closer now and hugged me.

“You know I didn't like what you did back there…”

He didn't let me finish, he just grabbed my face and kissed me again, shutting me up.

A soft smile crossed my lips as I felt butterflies peacefully moving in my belly, a feeling I hadn't experienced in quite a while.

My hand reached for his face and I held him, sniffing him gently and moaning softly as I pressed his hamd against my dick.

My lips crashed into his again, this time, passionately, hot and dangerous, not wanting to pull back and he let out a soft sigh.

Slowly, he pulled away and held me firmly as I didn't want to let go.

“Jordan, my dad's home. We can't be doing this now, not here,” he scolded.

“Shit, come on, let's go somewhere else…”

But his voice shot back at me.

“No. I already told you before. We can't be caught together. You know what that means for me!”

That was the same thing he has said. Anytime we wanted to get intimate, he'll pull away, I thought he would change, but days turned to weeks and then months now, he hasn't touched me.

He's starved me all these while and I don't blame him. I blame the moon goddess for mating me to him.

A strange weakness enveloped me and I dropped back to the bed in defeat.

He smiled warmly at me.

“Don't worry, soon. But for now, get some rest. Tomorrow the pack would be celebrating the win and also, my alpha ceremony,” he kissed my forehead warmly.

“I love you, Jordan,” he whispered as he was about to close the door.

I just nodded, broken and wounded.

JORDAN POVThe packhouse was finally quiet. Two days before we walked into the oldest Anchor’s territory, the weight of everything pressed down like a coming storm. I locked the study door with a soft click that sounded louder than it should have. Killian and Lorenzo watched me from the low couch, both of them shirtless after a long evening of strategy talks, their bodies scarred and powerful in the dim lamplight.I turned to face them, heart hammering. “I want something specific tonight.”Killian’s brow lifted, that familiar protective hunger already darkening his eyes. Lorenzo leaned forward, scarred arms resting on his thighs. “Yeah? What’s that, kid?”I crossed the room slowly, stopping right in front of them. My voice came out low, steady. “I want both of you to tell me one true thing you’ve never said out loud. Not about me. Not about the bond. About who you actually are underneath everything you perform every day.”They both went still.Killian swallowed hard. He looked at Lore

LORENZO POV“Welcome to my life.”Jordan’s words from the end of that last heavy silence still echoed in my skull like the final rumble of distant thunder. I sat there at the massive oak table, my scarred knuckles resting on the worn surface, feeling the weight of everything that ancient resonance had stirred up. The territorial force had settled, but it left this low hum under my skin, a reminder that the oldest Anchor wasn’t some distant myth anymore. He’d reached out. And now we had to decide how the hell we answered. The war room felt smaller than usual, packed with leaders and warriors whose opinions filled the air like smoke. I watched them all, my wolf pacing restlessly inside me, claws itching for something solid to tear into. This wasn’t just strategy. This was about the soul of what Jordan was becoming. An Anchor who chose connection over the crushing loneliness that old bastard had carried for four generations.Ren jumped in first, always the tactician. He tapped his sleek

“You feel that?” Jordan’s voice sliced through the thick tension in the war room, raw and edged with something far older than the walls surrounding them.Eli’s head jerked up instantly, his eyes locking with Jordan’s in perfect, unspoken understanding. The others froze mid-motion—Lorenzo’s scarred hand still gripping the edge of the massive oak table, Killian’s glass halfway to his lips, Ren leaning forward with that calculating glint in his gaze. The air itself seemed to thicken, charged with an ancient pulse that rolled through the territorial force like the slow, inevitable heartbeat of the earth waking from a thousand-year slumber. It wasn’t a voice. It wasn’t words or even a clear presence. It was resonance—pure, fundamental energy delivered straight from the oldest Anchor, bypassing flesh and bone to speak in the only language that truly mattered. The language that predated packs, Alphas, bloodlines, and every fragile structure wolves had built to survive. Jordan felt it coil ar

  • Falling for the Alpha: He fucks me better    Chapter 135

Killian’s POV“You two good out there?” I called from the edge of the courtyard as Jordan and Eli headed back toward the trees for another round. The resonance from earlier still hummed faint in my chest, like the whole packhouse had taken a collective breath and hadn’t fully let it out yet.Jordan glanced back, that steady look on his face. “We’re good. Might be a while. You got the house?”“Yeah,” I said, waving them off. “Go do your Anchor thing. I’ll keep everything from falling apart.”Lorenzo was already inside helping with supplies, so I turned back to the courtyard where a handful of the older wolves had gathered near the big oak. Their faces were tight, shoulders stiff. The resonance had rattled them more than I expected. Not fear exactly, but that unsettled shift you get when the ground moves under your feet and nobody explains why.Marcus was already talking to a couple of them, voice low and calm, but I could tell it wasn’t landing all the way. These were wolves who’d foll

Eli’s POV“You ready to try something that’s never been done before?” Jordan asked, standing across from me in the clearing behind the packhouse where the trees gave us enough space and the territory’s energy felt steady under our feet.I rolled my shoulders, feeling the old threads already humming in response to his presence. “Never been two trained Anchors in the same place at the same time. Figured we’d get here eventually. What are we attempting?”Jordan’s eyes met mine, that calm certainty in them that always grounded the wilder parts of this gift. “Same frequency. At the same time. Not leading or following. Matching exactly. I think that’s what my grandmother was pushing us toward all along.”We started simple. Standing ten feet apart under the late afternoon light, eyes closed, reaching for the Anchor threads that connected us to the land and the pack. I sent out a low, steady pulse—the kind I used to calm territorial static. Jordan matched it almost instantly, our frequencies

Lorenzo’s POV“You’re sure you’re ready to talk about this?” I asked, spreading the maps and notes across the table in the smaller study. The third Anchor sat across from me, looking more settled than yesterday but still carrying that deep exhaustion in their shoulders. They nodded once, fingers tracing a faded line on one of the old territory charts. “Ready as I’ll ever be. You need to understand what we’re actually facing. Thirty years of suppressed ability suddenly released… it’s not just power. It’s precision built on decades of watching and waiting.”I leaned forward, pen in hand, processing every word carefully. “Walk me through it. What does that look like in practice? Not the theory. The reality.”The third Anchor exhaled slow, eyes distant like they were seeing old ghosts. “When an Anchor suppresses their gift for that long, it doesn’t just sit quiet. It builds. Layers on itself. When they finally let it out… it’s like a river that’s been dammed for generations finally breaki
