WE waited for Bran’s sister for a little bit more, pero dahil may kasunod kaming couple na ikakasal ng parehong judge ay tumuloy kami kahit wala pa siya. Bran smiled sadly but at least his sister will be there later at the reception.

Getting married at the city hall was less stressful than having a church wedding. We can always have that kapag maayos na lahat sa amin ng mommy niya. Besides, an intimate courthouse wedding is what we agreed on. Kung sana lang ay narito ang ate niya.

After hearing a few congratulations, all of us left the city hall to go to the hotel where Bran reserved a small hall for the reception. Magkahawak ang mga kamay namin nang lumabas ng city hall at nang makalapit sa kotse ay biglang nag-ring ang cell phone niya.
