Stephania paused as she stared into the darkness of the hall before her. Her eyes ventured to the end of the stoned throne room, covered in dark shadows, with only one torch light propped behind the huge iron throne at the end of the hall. A slumped figure in it, caressing what looked like a vase in his lap, hands skimming over the lid.

She pursed her lips at the sight of him.

His head was bowed low, lips barely moving as if he was mumbling something to himself, or rather whispering something to the vase, his short hair gently swaying in a breeze one would have never thought existed in this windowless throne room.
