An interrupted pre-Christmas Dinner. It was now 23rd December and Colette was extremely cute having her Christmas tree and lights up. Knowing I was going to be staying she also went to the effort of providing me with my own stocking to hang out for Christmas morning. Her excitement was bouncing off her and I seemed to be absorbing some. Mum used to love Christmas, yes it was a human holiday but she used to get involved in the magic of it all, just as Colette was. Mav and Axel had left this morning to report back to the base regarding a matter they didn’t want to share. I’m glad I’m not the only one that found lycan mind-linking irritating, Colette seemed to get annoyed with it also. I hadn’t asked but reading between the lines, her being marked didn’t seem to give her the mate mind-link with Mav. Which made Mav’s overbearing protective behaviour towards her completely understandable and dare I say warranted. She had preplanned a meal out with some of her friends in the local town an
Smelling of lycans. It actually wasn’t too bad as cells go! It was comfortable but the chains attached to the wall had me feeling things could turn sour anytime soon. The walls were painted magnolia, with scuff marks on the lower parts most likely from frustrated captives kicking out. The door was a strong wood most likely oak, with a barred window for the brutes to regularly check on me. By two hours I was done! My politeness about the situation was turning to anger. “Am I going to be held much longer?” I ask through the barred window of the door. “Alpha is a very busy man miss. He will be back once he has checked your identity. To make sure you aren’t a rogue!” “Do I smell like a rogue?” I reply with a smirk. “No miss!” One of the brutes chuckles at me. I sigh, realising I was going to have to use my full name. “Tell your alpha my name is Aida Sagar of the Sagar Wolf Pack. I mean no harm and didn’t know I had trespassed. I have friends that will be worried about my whereabout
Christmas Eve Flirt. “That’s absurd!” I try to laugh off their accusation. “I could smell them on you the moment I found you in the restaurant! Now I want to know why you smell of Lycans?” Alpha Rory’s aura crashes into me. But he underestimates my strength, there aren’t many alpha blood females around and I was about to show them how strong I was. “Please understand that I entered your lands by mistake and intend no harm. But I can and will defend myself if required!” The three sons take insult to my reply and stand up kicking their chairs behind them. “Is that a challenge?” The youngest Rowan growls at me. “No…but you are keeping me here against my will and I have friends that will be looking for me!” I remain calm, seated. “Lycan friends?” Luna Rennie calmly asks me. “Yes…I am currently training with the Royal Santos Lycan Pack.” Did I say something funny? Because judging by Rory’s, Rafe’s and Rowan’s response I had. I’m sure if they could, they would be rolling over on the
A lightbulb moment. He looks tired, he looks warn! His hair has grown longer, parted in the centre with delicious brown locks threatening to fall into his eyes and he has a short beard with warm golden highlights. I take a step in front of Rafe, who pulls me back behind him. Growls emit from my friends, Mav in particular who I know is blaming himself for my disappearance. “Look…” I put my hands up to Lance trying to diffuse the tension. “Did they or did they not take you without your consent?” He shouts at me. Rafe takes a step forward trying to pull me back, the wolf protection gene kicking in. Alpha Rory takes a strategic step towards me also and stands a foot ahead of me. “My lord….”“Did you take this she-wolf without her consent?” His cold eyes glare at Rory. “She entered our land without permission, we have protocols to follow…” A loud roar leaves Lance’s chest as he takes a threatening step towards Rory. Defensive, I feel defensive about the Mulder Alpha family, yes th
Unwanted visitors Judging by all of Colette’s excitement in the build up to Christmas, except for me going missing, isn’t it meant to be a joyous event? Now correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Christmas Day meant to be about the sweet laughter of your friends and family, not the roaring commotion that has woken me up! I pull my phone out from my handbag to see the time is 8.23am. My phone needs charging and I reach to the bedside table to grab the cable. Once my phone is plugged in I see missed calls from a number already programmed into my phone…Alpha Rory. Typical alphas, he couldn’t even just put Rory, I chuckle to myself. Oops, twenty missed calls wasn’t a good sign. I hear Colette’s raised voice downstairs and decide to jump out of bed to see if she needs my help. I race down the stairs peeking into the front room to see Colette, Mav, Axel, Tucker, Blake and Lance glaring at Rory and Rafe who seem to have made themselves at home. “Look we just want to make sure she is okay!” Rafe
Moon bathing I kiss him back as if he were disappearing again, as if I need to leave a memory for him. He pushes me against the fridge and I can feel my core becoming wet against his harden groin. He continues to kiss me and I haven’t got the will power to pull away. With his hands on my ass he squeezes it before managing to be the one to pull away. He starts to say something but I don’t want to talk, I just want to kiss. I pull him back to me by his neck and run my hands through his longer uncut hair. “Aida!” He calls my name through our kissing. My heat is spreading and every kiss of his leaves tingles all over my mouth. A hand moves up to my face leaving the same tingles on my cheek. “Aida…” He pulls me away cupping my cheek in his hand. “We have an audience!” He smirks at me as he side nods his head to the front room. My wolf feels appeased for now and pulls back from channeling through me. I straighten my pyjama vest that had ridden up slightly exposing my taut stomach. “You
An injection of wolfsbane.“You can’t be serious?” She keeps her voice low. “Just a small drop, just to calm the hormones and take the symptoms away.” I shrug at her, it’s really not a big deal. “Do you have any?” I ask her not getting my hopes up. “Well actually yes!”“What? You do?” I sit bolt upright. “Yes, I’m a medic who does missions with lycans. Of course I have wolfsbane!” She keeps her voice down to a hushed tone. I jump up off the grass and start to pull her gently up too. “What, now?” She moans at me as she bends her back out from discomfort. “No time like the present!” I beam at her. Within minutes I had her inside the house and in the kitchen. She places her medical set on the kitchen work top and looks through her items. I notice the dent in the fridge and feel awful. I also feel awful that I allowed a pregnant human woman lay outside in the cold, on damp grass. “Why we’re you up so early anyway?” I turn to her watching her look through small bottles of liquid.
Star gazing Once again the wolfsbane does the trick and I wake up feeling refreshed having had no bad dreams. I check the time and I’ve missed lunch! I head downstairs to find everyone playing a board game in the front room. “What’s going on?” I smile at their bickering. “Tucker is cheating…” Blake exhales her breath in frustration. “I’m not cheating, your just a sore loser!” He smirks taking game money out of her hands. “You’re out!” “This game sucks anyway…” Blake stands up walking to the kitchen. I look at Lance who is closest to me, sitting at the first seat on the sofa. Weirdly I want to sit on his lap and curl into him but I don’t know how to. So I sit on the edge of the sofa, looking at Lance’s game money and whether he is doing well. My stomach swoops as I am pulled over the edge of the sofa by his sexy strong arms and placed on his lap. He puts his arms around me, cocooning me safely into his chest and rests his chin on my shoulder. The game ends with Colette finding
