Darius POV

I sat on the bed as my heart raced wildly, my pillow was soaked with sweat. The dream I had felt so real as I could still feel my heart pounding in fear. ‘What’s going on? What the hell is happening to me?’ I asked myself in confusion.

In the dream I saw Lily and myself playing together as best friends when we were much younger. The fact that I don’t remember what she looked like when she was younger made me more confused. I didn’t have any memory of us together, not talk of us being best friends.

In the dream, we had set out together to go into the woods all alone. We walked deep inside the bush and stopped when we got to a familiar spot where we always play together. Lily brought out a bottle of water from her knapsack and took down some gulp. I had told her to give me the water so that I can have some, but she insisted I chase her if I want to get the water.

She began to run whilst I ran after her, we rounded the bush for some minutes and I began to get tired.
