“What the hell did you tell Amaya? Are you fucking out of your mind? Are you crazy?” Lucas roared, his eyes burning in rage

He had dragged me to the guards' quarters, where he knew it wouldn't be easy for any of the palace maids to see us. I tried to release my hand from his grip, but he tightened his grip around my my wrist,.

“You are hurting me, Lucas. Can you at least reduce your grip? It is not as if I’m going to run away.” I managed to say as I shifted my gaze away from his face.

He looked at me for a while in silence, as though he was contemplating whether to release my hand from his grip or not. I was beginning to get angry at him, it was not as if I had cheated on him or something.
