As I picked out cooking spices Liam came to mind. He would surely be pleased to learn this. A mixed sigh slipped from me. He was likely swamped with tasks now attempting to make up for the day he missed. I didn’t wish to interrupt him so I saved this news as a surprise, for tonight.

Once all the items I intended to purchase were in my basket I proceeded to the checkout, settled my bill and left the store feeling more relieved than earlier.
