As I picked out cooking spices Liam came to mind. He would surely be pleased to learn this. A mixed sigh slipped from me. He was likely swamped with tasks now attempting to make up for the day he missed. I didn’t wish to interrupt him so I saved this news as a surprise, for tonight.
