Chapter 22 - Incoming

I thought I could attain peace there in that library, but I was wrong again. Why do hindrances keep on appearing everywhere? I am so tired of seeing that face. 

As I was walking on my way home, I noticed a stray cat walking beside me. He keeps on rubbing his body on my legs that made me stop walking. I think it's a girl. I went down to her level to look at her more. 

She has blue-sparkling eyes and white fur. She doesn't look like a stray cat at all since her fur is shiny and clean. 

"Are you lost?" I asked. Even though I know that there's no way she could answer me. 

"What are you doing?" I turnaround my gaze and there I saw that damn face again. 

"Do you want a penny?" I glared at him and showed him the cat. 

"What are you doing here?" I asked this Kyril guy with a suspicious look. Is he following me?
