Chapter R03

As I walked on the hallway leading to my room, amidst the darkness and solemnity, my mind trailed to our first night together. How he had carefully treated my wounds with his ointment. I still remembered how smooth his touch felt, his warm breaths, the relief intertwined with pleasure I felt.

I pushed my twin doors open and I was immediately welcomed with warmth and darkness. I heaved a sigh, tired of everything. Without thinking, I crashed into my bed. I flipped my fingers against each other and my clothes disappeared leaving my underwear. My eyes faintly closed and then I felt his presence again. I opened them and there he was. His accustomed warm smile and Hazel eyes that gleamed, his blonde hair were perfectly messy to my taste.

"At least wear a smile for me. Aren't you happy to see me?" He toned sweetly but I only managed to feign a tiny sad smile.

"I failed to avenge you Zeus." I mumbled with a heavy dose of guilt blooming. "I failed you once again." My voice broke as tears grac
