'Gawd...I hate this guy' she groaned inwardly.

Everyone is tired, so there's no chattings coming from the rooms except for one room that has it's lights on.

Rook and Rue's, and Rue's moans and pants could be heard throughout the hall.

Definitely, she's getting the banging of her life from Rook, pity.

Teal came out of her room to meet Isaac in the hall, and he automatically smiled when he sighted her.

"Hey, geek"

"Now you see me" she rolled eyes.

"What do you mean?" Isaac blinked.

"You were fooling with Hyce throughout the time we spent in the campus" she replied, sounding pathetic.

"No, Teal...

"Are you gonna leave me too? Are you gonna become gay and date him? I'm weak without you I can't even digest food. My eating disorder is getting worse you ain't even noticing anything" she cried silently, and Isaac quickly took her hands.

"It's not like that and you know. I'm straight, and Hyce will never be in my list of choices. You've been my bestie for ages and I won't change that" he said.

"Promise?" She rubbed his backhands.

"Of course" he smiled, wiping her tears.

"Do you like it with the girls?" He asked.

"Sure, they're cool" she smiled back.

"I should go to sleep, we see tomorrow"

"Alright, goodnight" he made to peck her cheek, but she avoided it before leaving him.

She entered her room, and he sighed before leaving too.

A minute later, Morgan came out, staring at her phone screen.

She got a text from her foster mother, it's a picture of piled up plates and clothes waiting for her to wash them once she returns.

She sighed as she scrolled through the pictures, and she suddenly felt someone breathing at her neck

She twisted fast, and she was surprised to meet Hyce behind herself.

"What the fûck, Hyce!" She held her chest.

"You should sign up for the metropolitan area police when we return to Terraverde, Sherlock Holmes" he joked, and she grinned.

"Because your parents are cops?"

Hyce's mother and father are both police generals, even his senior brother is a lawyer.

It's like it's in the family blood, but Hyce is the only one who deviated to business line cos chasing criminals around ain't just his thing.

"Maybe, I can get you a good spot in my parents office" he winked, and Morgan had a good laugh.

"I plan to have fun after graduation, not chasing criminals around"

"Then we're on the same side. Jesus, I hate anything related to criminals" Hyce made disgusting faces.

"Cos you're one yourself?" Morgan replied.

"Touché" Hyce said, and she giggled as he got a stash of weed out of his pocket.

He rolled one, lightened it and was about to start smoking when she took it from him and had a zap.

"Fûck, barbie. You smoke?" Hyce's eyes dazzled with mischief.

"I learnt the habit from Pearl. buenas noches (Goodnight)" she replied, walking away.

"See ya around, smoke buddy!" He shouted after her, and she chuckled before entering her room.

Hyce gave up on smoking then marched to his room too.

He's rooming with Axel who's still up, trying to find the owner of the Vans like Roonie requested.

Hyce slid behind him and peeked at the laptop.

"Still no trace of the owner?" He asked.

"Yup. There's no brand that sells that size in this country, even the whole globe" Axel replied, halting his fingers on the laptop buttons.

"What do you mean? What size is the Vans?" Hyce frowned.

"60" Axel faced him.

"What the hell is 60? Is that even a human?" Hyce scoffed.

"Apparently, whoever we're dealing with is not playing. He built the Vans by himself to confuse us, a genius" Axel replied, stretching himself.

"That's...a no-brainer" Hyce replied.

"Is Banks really spending the night in the same room with Pearl? He has no plans, does he?" Hyce said suspiciously.

"Are you scared for her?" Axel tilted his head.

"You and Banks have the same level of madness in your systems" Hyce hissed.

"Nah, Banks is on top" Axel laughed, clicking on a p**n site.

The moment a video started playing and moans took over the room, Hyce left him and got a bag of red apples from beside the bed.

"That belongs to Banks, he never jokes with his red apples" Axel warned.

"Let him kill me tomorrow morning" Hyce replied, taking one from the apples to munch on.

"I should probably start preparing for your funeral" Axel said and began googling "How To Bury A Friend"

He was still on it when he got a text, and he picked his phone to check.
