Chapter forty nine

AMELIA’s POV…

My heart clenched sitting there, staring at his blood that was on the floor and tears streamed down my cheeks.

I could still hear his footsteps and I knew that he hadn’t left yet. I gasped as I turned.

“Alpha Alexander, hold on.” He stopped when I said this and with tears streaming down my cheeks, I moved to him. He hadn’t turned to me so all I could see was the blood that was trickling from the thorned whips and I could see very visible marks on him.

Tears streamed down my cheeks even more, but I wiped them off. “You.. you…” the words hadn’t even left my lips when he walked away from me like he didn’t see or hear me and my heart dropped.

I tried to go after him, but he was walking too fast. So fast that I couldn’t get to him, no matter how fast I tried to move my wheelchair and when my hands started to hurt seeing as my hands had been on the wheels of the wheelchair ever since, I stopped as tears streamed down my cheeks.

As he moved, he didn’t even stop once to look at
