Chapter One- Hundred & Ninety Five

I ran as fast as I could without stopping.

My heart was pounding really fast. “I have killed Logan. I have killed Logan. I have killed Logan,” my heart continued to remind me.

Fortunately for me, I did not have to run long enough before I heard the sound of a moving train.

There was a stop just ahead, and I added extra speed just to meet up so that the train would not leave me. I got there just in time.

The train had just finished taking in its passengers after others got out of the train, and I jumped in as well, looking like a lunatic.

I could not get a seat, and worse, I did not even know the destination of the train, but I did not mind. I head onto the pole to steady my quivering feet and my breath.

“Hey, are you okay?” I heard someone ask.

I turned and saw that it was an average looking man. He looked like a merchant to me, or possibly a hunter with his cowboy hat and boots. Without meaning to, tears gathered in my eyes instantly. He immediately noticed this and got up.
