MATTEO'S POV.

The nurses took her and made a doctor attended to her immediately. I was busy pacing up and down along the hospital corridor. My heart wasn't at rest for even a minute. I kept on promising myself to return back to the pack with her once she recovers. That's Absurd! It would only be possible of she losses her memories again because she made it damn clear that it was over between the both of us.

What I had built with my whole effort is about to crumble and my heart is about to reap apart from each other. The poor girl had to grow up in this tough world alone just because of my quest for my parents. I would rather return to the pack than get my self entangled with any human blood. Not anymore. I have actually had enough and to think all this while I never found a legit clue that would lead me to something tangible only screams the words giving up in my head.
