Previously.

I sat back inside enjoying our victory when.

"JAY! LOOKOUT!"

Everything happened so fast. Police cars started appearing out of nowhere trying to surround Jay as he tried his best to dodge them. I held onto the seatbelt that was warped around me for my dear life.

I glanced through the side mirror to see police cars trying to surround Jake but miserably failed as he dodged them.

I was really confused as I glanced at Jay, who seemed calm the entire time. “Jay, what the hell just happened?” I asked as we were free from the police cars, “Those were the cops, sweetheart,” he replied as I rolled my eyes, “Uh, I kind of figured that part out myself,” I said as he chuckled softly, “Why were they chasing after us?” I asked as he shrugged, “Because, we’re breaking the law, Ashley,” he simply replied as I sat confused before my eyes widened.

“You mean, this is illegal? I asked in disbelief as he just nods, “Yup, this really is your first time, huh?” He asked as I slammed my back against the car seat, “What have I gotten myself into,” I mumbled, before sighing heavily, “Relax, ma, at least we won, you’re kinda like my lucky charm,” he said as I couldn’t help but smile.

“Yeah, it really was fun,” I admitted, as Jay cheered causing me to laugh, “See, I told you, how about we go celebrate?” He suggested as I glance at him with a hesitant look, “I think that’s a good idea, I’m not even supposed to be here,” I said as he started to whine, “Come on, Ashley, I promise you won’t regret,” he pleaded as I sighed, “Fine!” I said as he cheered before changing direction.

"SO what's your deal with Jake?" I asked as we both sat down eating at a fast-food restaurant Jay was familiar with, "What about him?" He asked as I shrugged while munching down on some fries, "I don't know, you seem to enjoy pissing him off," I replied as he chuckled, "Everything is just fun and games, and the fact that he takes everything seriously is fun," he said as I rolled my eyes followed by a giggle.

"But what about you?" He asked as I furrowed while sipping my drink, "What about me?" I asked as he leaned forward, propping his elbows on the table, "You don't look like the type of girl to be around places like the racing grounds and besides, I've never seen you around," she said as I pointed one of my fries at him, "That's because I'm not that type of girl," I replied before shrugging, "Besides, school has me busy," I said as he nodded deeply with his mouth slightly open, "Oh, so you're that type of girl," he said as I furrowed.

"Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" I asked as he laughed, "I mean, you're one of those girls, who eat, sleep, and breath books, the innocent and quiet type," he explained as I slammed my hand against the table clearly offended, "I'll have you know that I'm my own person, so don't place me in any kind of category," I said as he raised his eyebrows in amusement before smirking mischievously, "Oh... so you're really that type-

"Jay!" I warned as he laughed while raising his hands in surrender, "Chill out, I'm just playing," he said as I cracked a smile before checking my watch, "Crap!" I mumbled which Jay heard as he asked, "What's wrong?" he asked as I showed him my watch, "I didn't know it was this late, can you take me to my friend's place?" I asked as he nodded, "Sure, come on," he said while standing up from his seat, "Thanks!" I said as he shot me a sweet smile before we left.

Thanks again Jay, tonight was fun," I said once we pulled up in front of Anna's house, "No problem, thanks for being my lucky charm," he said as I giggled, "Anything, Jay," I said before opening the door, "Hey, wait, I was meaning to ask you something," he said causing me to halt in my place before turning to face him, "I was wondering if you'd like to this again something?" He asked as I raised my eyebrow, "Come on, you know, go somewhere and chill out like tonight," he nervously said as I smiled, "Sure, Jay, I would love to, why don't you hold onto this and give me a call when you're ready," I said passing him my number before hopping out of his car.

"Goodnight, Jay, or more like goodmorning, " I said as he chuckled, "See you later, Ashely, I'll text you," he said before pulling off leaving me there smiling like an idiot.

"Ashely! Where the hell have you been, girl?" Anna unexpectedly popped up yelling, startling me, "Sh! What the hell do you think the time is?" I whisper-yelled as she placed her hands on her hips.

"Exactly, where the hell have you been during this time after the cops showed up everyone ran for their lives," she explained as I furrowed wondering what happened to Jake and Tatiana. I had totally forgotten them during my time with Jay and speaking of Jay, he seemed cool, down to earth, funny, and really good-looking. I can't wait to see him again.

I'm just hoping he's doesn't turn out to be like the guys that tried to get inside my panties or turn out to be an asshole like Jake.

"Ashely!" Anna's voice snapped me out of my thoughts as she stared at me worriedly, "I'm sorry, what were you saying?" I asked as she signed, "I was asking you, your whereabouts after the cops burst down at the racing grounds, what happened after the race started?" She asked as I smiled proudly as I rethink back to the time of the race.

"Oh, we won and it was awesome," I said as her face lit up, "Really?" She asked as I nodded, "Yup, but after the race I-

"What were you doing with him?"
