“You changed my clothes while I was asleep” I commented, wrapping my arms around my husband from the back, hugging him tightly.

He was sitting on the couch, scrolling through his phone when I woke up, and having let me sleep in, it was around noon by now. Vladimir smiled and took my hands in his, pulling me to sit on his lap as he laid his head on my shoulder. He kissed my cheek and I smiled laying my head in the crook of his neck.

“You slept while being drained as hell, I didn’t want to wake you up” he whispered gently. He ran his finger over my bare leg, reaching my thigh before going back down again. I pulled away from his neck to look him in the eye to find that he was looking at me, his eyes looking down at my lips before he looked me in the eye.
