I walked out of the bedroom and headed to the garden.

The tulips managed to put a smile on my face.

In truth, Matthieu hadn't told me anything. He was about to before Christopher stopped him.

The way he had stopped him and the way Charles had treated him when he walked in made Christopher so suspicious.

What exactly was so important that he needed to keep it a secret?
