Chapter 67
With my face damp, I wake up. Did I have a nightmare again? Why is my body hurting? Sitting up slowly, I glance around. I am not in my room. My hand has a familiar drip injected inside.
Why am I in the hospital again? Touching my bump, I gasp. Why does it feel so light? Where is my baby?! Crying as thoughts cloud my mind, I hurriedly pull off the drip from my hand and climb out of the hospital bed, ignoring the pain in my stomach.
The door suddenly opens as I run towards it and an exhausted looking Panda King stares at me with wide eyes. I run pass him, trying to leave the room so I can find a doctor and find out what is happening. I am so confused.
"Tina! Tina, please calm down." Panda says as he holds me in his arms, preventing me from leaving. He worriedly holds my hand. "You're bleeding. Please listen to me Tina and sit down. Let me sort your hand out."

Once the doctor has made sure that I am fine, Panda holds my hand and takes me to the Neonatal ward. The nurse gently picks up a sleeping Cub and hands him over to me. Sleeping in the same room as Panda King feels different. It's different from all the times in the past when I was "Tin" and it's different from the night at the island. My nerves are everywhere as he wraps his arm around me and hugs me to him as I lie on my side. Cub is sleeping in his Moses basket which my father already prepared for him. I am surprised how easily my dad accepted my baby and Panda. I thought he would continue with his cold, stern father charade for longer. "You're not asleep yet are you?" He asks quietly. Heart racing and my hands shaking with nervousness, I stand up. The mirror is a long floor length and my white gown flows down my body like a waterfall. The lacy neck adds a touch of elegance to the dress and the trail is shorter than the regular wedding dress' since I want to make sure I don't accidentally trip whilst I walk. As Liana turns around and puts the makeup and hair styling tools back into her bag, I pace around, trying to calm my nerves. "Tina, are you still nervous? Don't worry, everything will be fine.
