Chapter 16

Gloom, despair, death.

That’s all I was feeling in where I am, in the same spot of my previous dreams. But this time is different, I wasn’t being chased by Ian as that shadow wolf or being tormented by the voices from the dark. It was quiet in the woods.

I wasn’t sure how to feel about it, it was too quiet I grew skeptical. I wander around to see what else I could find. Although my common sense tells me not to look for any problems if there isn’t one, something didn’t sit right as to how there wasn’t anything going on like usual.

I keep on going until I hear the faint familiar sound of the waterfall in the distance. I approach the noise to find the waterfall, but I could not find it. Remembering where the path is that was closest to the water in the last nightmares, I reach the area where the cliff resides. The waterfall sounds closer now, but when looking around I don’t see anything.
