Escape

Sabrina felt like she was in some nightmare as she watched Elizah smoothly slitting the one of his own men's throat sending the thick red liquid gurgle out from the split. The guard jerked violently before falling to the floor, dead. Sabrina felt sick to her stomach. A drop of tear trail down her bruised cheek. After takign care of the guard, Elizah quickly dashed over to her. He grabbed her trembling hand with his steady bloody one and started leadding her towards the exit. His expression was stern and unyeilding just like his hold.

Sabrina followed him sniffeling quietly. She was scared, scarred, and drowning in guilt. Elizah had taken up swords against his own people for her. This is not what she wanted. Cyrus was dead. He died right in front of her eyes. Everything changed in just a few hours. From being the celebrated bride she was now a convicted murderer.
