“Wait, I think I know this person,” Angelo said in his mind. He immediately checked the man who suddenly entered his room. As Angelo tries to remember where on the island of the world he had seen the man. The man suddenly spoke.

“Are you alright?” asked the man, who was still catching his breath.

Angelo instantly frowned at the man’s question, “Bro, can’t you see that I’m in the hospital bed, and then you’re asking me if I’m alright. Most likely, I’m not alright, seriously-are people in here an idiot?”

“Yeah,” Angelo replied with restraint since he didn’t want to argue with the man because it’s just a waste of his saliva.

“Good to hear that.” The man said as he went to a nearby seat and sat down beside Angelo.

Angelo can’t help but look at the man with a sneer. He felt like they couldn’t get along since their energy forces seemed to be different.

The both of them were quiet, and neither of them had any plans to speak, and Angelo was very grateful for it. If ever the person who accompanied him in the room suddenly opens his mouth to speak. He’s sure that a fight might happen because of the difference in their brain waves.

A few more minutes passed, and Angelo couldn’t seem to endure the deafening silence. When another thirty minutes of silence enveloped them, Angelo didn’t have a choice but to break the silence between them.

“What’s your name, bro?” Angelo asked the man arrogantly.

But what Angelo doesn’t know is that in the man’s sight. He looks like a woman making cute actions towards him.

The man’s forehead furrowed. He can’t help but applaud Aimie’s action in front of him and find her indeed cute, but what he couldn’t figure out was why there was the word “bro” at the end of her question.

“Aimie, are you okay?” the man asked, unable to fully comprehend why Aimie would ask for his name if they already knew each other.

Angelo was shocked by what he heard, “When did his name become Aimie?” But before he could ask the man about this, it suddenly registered in his brain that the other person was referring to was “Aimie,” whose body he had entered.

“Sh*t, with so many people in the world that I could possess, why is it I’m stuck inside a woman’s body. What should I do?”

“I think I’m fine?” Angelo doesn’t know what to say to the man, “Oh, Angelo, think of a good excuse... ah, I know.”

“I’m sorry, but I can’t remember you. Are you perhaps the one who ran over me?” Angelo continued.

Angelo was sweating coldly. He prayed that the man would buy his excuse. While he was waiting for the man’s answer, the doctor suddenly came.

“Mr. Castro, you’re already here.” The doctor said as he held out the man’s hand.

Angelo’s mouth dropped at what the doctor said.

“He already sees the man in front of him, his still asking if ...” but before he could finish what he was thinking, his eyes suddenly widened.

“Wait, Mr. Castro ... his last name is Castro ... I can’t ...” He immediately dismissed the idea that entered his mind. “I ... it’s impossible for that to happen b ... maybe he’s the brother of Aimie’s husband?... He’s the brother, I guess?”

Angelo suddenly laughed, as if he was losing his mind. The man and the doctor then looked at Angelo with bewilderment.

“As I was saying, Mr. Castro. Mrs. Castro is experiencing post-traumatic amnesia due to her head hitting the pavement when the car bumps against her.” The doctor said while still staring at the woman because he thinks Mrs. Castro seems to have lost a few screws on her head.

Hearing what the doctor said, Mr. Castro just sighed. He now knows the reason why his wife suddenly could not remember him.

“Can her memories come back?” Mr. Castro asked the doctor.

“I’m not sure. Mrs. Castro’s amnesia can either be a temporary or permanent one.” The doctor answered Mr. Castro’s question while his attention was on Mrs. Castro’s examination results.

“It’s better if you don’t stress her out. Before I forget, we will need to go through a series of tests to find out if your wife is feeling any other discomfort.” The doctor continues.

“I won’t stress her out, and thank you very much, doctor.” Mr. Castro said to the doctor.

“I better go ahead since it looks like you need some quality time for each other.” The doctor said with a wink and quickly left the room.

Mr. Castor laughed silently because of the doctor’s humor.

“Mark Akkin Castro.” Mr. Castro suddenly said while staring at the woman in the hospital bed.

Because of what Mr. Castro said, Angelo suddenly came back to reality.

“Huh?” That was what Angelo could only say because of shock.

“Mark Akkin Castro ...” Mr. Castro repeated. “my name.”

“Ah ...” Angelo suddenly stopped what he would say, and suddenly his eyes widened. Mark suddenly becomes surprised by how the woman reacts to him because it’s as if she has seen a ghost.

“You!” Angelo was shocked by what he had just discovered.

“Why am I so unlucky. First, I had an accident, the second I became a woman..no, I mean I’m in a woman’s body, third I found out that the body I entered was already married. And the worst of all, I’m seeing; my rival again. Seriously, is there anything worse than this?”

Mark was surprised by Aimie’s behavior, “Is there a problem?” he asked worriedly.

“You are my problem.” Angelo quickly answered.

“What?!” Mark asked in surprise.

“F*ck, you are my problem because you’re my rival in everything. You took everything away from me. You even dared to take my girlfriend from me. If not for you, we wouldn’t even break up. Also, why am I always second to you. Who told you to be so perfect?” Angelo’s brain was in chaos when he learned of the man’s name.

“It’s nothing. I’m sorry about how I act just now.” Angelo patiently said. Even though he wanted to break his rival’s face, he had to hold back in the meantime because he still had questions that needed an answer. And he knew only Mark could answer it.

“Is there any pain from your arm?” Mark asked worriedly.

“No, are you perhaps, my husband’s brother?” Angelo asked as he secretly prayed that Mark was not Aimie’s wife.

Mark laughed at Aimie’s question. It occurred to him that the woman had truly lost all her memories.

“First of all, my younger brother is still too young for marriage, and my elder sister doesn’t swing on that way,” Mark said seriously.

Angelo couldn’t help but raise his eyebrow at what Mark had said just now.

“Then, what is my relationship to you?” Angelo asked calmly.

“Your spouse.”
