Chapter 3

I walk over to the training grounds with the flowers and food in hand. Everyone has finished training showered and started to leave through the change rooms so I wait on the benches outside. When I hear a wolf whistle and clarry’s big mouth

“ look at our big strong alpha waiting with flowers and lunch for me”

as I stand up to greet him he slaps me on the ass and winks “I told you last night was no strings attached and here you are begging for more.” I shake my head at him his lucky his one of my best friends and inner circle or I sure would have dropped him on his ass. Instead I use my alpha aura on him it drops him to his knees when I say “that’s right just where I like you on your knees my little bitch”

all the warriors are laughing even harder now i release my aura and he jumps up looking like his ready to swing on me but knows better.

“That’s not fair boss man you used your alpha aura on me you’re lucky I don’t swing that way cos you’d be the first piece of meat I’d go after.”

Just then Esme walks out still towelling her wet hair when she walks over I can’t help but admire her toned body her sandy blonde hair glistens in the sun her smile makes my heart beat faster.

clary gives her a light kiss on the cheek It takes everything in me not to growl at him although I know it’s just a friendly peck and more a brotherly gesture it makes me jealous his lips were on her skin. Esme turns to me “so who are the flowers for lover boy did you find your mate?” She says excited. “Well umm no these are for you” clarry gives me a knowing look and I mind link him they aren’t from me and he relaxes a little. “They’re from Betty she said these are a thanks for helping Jess train when she was struggling.”

“ Awh she’s too sweet she knew these are my favourite flower and had been eyeing them off for a while now.”

“I thought I would bring you lunch while I was out getting mine and we could talk about what you came into my office about this morning.”

Clarry looks at the bag “you better have lunch for me in there too boss man.”

“ Sorry bro you can have my vanilla slice if you want.”

“I’m famished and all you have to offer is a vanilla slice I will go get my own lunch then Alpha wanker.”

He gave esme another cheek kiss and takes his exit not without a flip of the bird I just shake my head at him when esme says “I feel bad for his mate when he finds her that one’s a fire cracker I hope she can keep up with him or settle him down a bit”
