Alpha Sampson

I’m 22 without a mate! I’ve been the alpha of shadow crest for 3 years now and the council has been asking I take a chosen mate or give the pack over to my mated younger brother Alexander.. yeah right that’s not an option I’m the strongest alpha we’ve had in generations. I might not be mated but I’m madly in love and have been since 16. Her names esme and none the wiser I’ve tried to push the friendship boundaries a few times but she is still unaware of my deep love for her. we are childhood best friends she doesn’t think anything of the passes I’ve made towards her. If the council keeps hounding me I’m going to confess my feelings to her and make her my Luna I will not lose her that is not an option I think even if I had met my fated mate I would reject her for esme even the fates can not keep me away from her she’s the only one that holds the key to my heart forever and always it will beat for only her. She hasn’t found her fated mate yet. She’s been saving herself for her mate she believes in the mate bond and the goddess’s blessing more then anyone I know I plan to win her love and have her rule the pack by my side as my Luna I WILL HAVE HER not even her fated mate could get in my way.

“Sampson Esme wishes to see you” as Lexi my assistant announces over the intercom in bounces esme with a big grin on her face she throws herself to sit on the side of my desk as she always does she opens the top draw of my desk and pulls out the red liquorice straps I keep in my top draw candy stash just for her. She looks at me smiling soooo I was thinking since we haven’t found our mates yet we could go to the beach house for the weekend that our parents use to take us too as kids for summer vacations. Maybe have a look down there for our mates. “

and who will run the pack and warriors while we are gone?

This pack is one of the strongest in the country and doesn’t run its self! She just waves me off with pleading eyes and says “honestly Sampson when was the last time we had time off! even the alpha and head warrior need time to rejuvenate and take time for themselves please sampsy Wampsy” she chuckles.

“I will consider it if you promise to never call me that again you know how much I hated marissa calling me that when we were kids”

“Soooo you’ll think about it” she says excitedly as she takes another bite of her liquorice and pulls on it. “I will THINK about now are you going to sit on my desk all day not that I mind but your training session starts in 10mins!”

She throws herself at me and gives me a hug and practicality skips out my office before she can shut the door she taunts me bye sampsy wampsy. I just shake my head and grin at her antics.
