One year Later

The man stood outside the beautiful home, his golden lock glinting in the warm morning sun. It cast a soft, golden glow on his skin, illuminating every freckle and line on his beautiful face. The gentle rays felt like a caress, warming him from the inside out and filling him with a sense of peace.

As he closed his eyes and tilted his head back, he could feel the sun's warmth penetrating his skin, melting away any remaining traces of sleepiness.

The light danced playfully on his eyelids, creating a kaleidoscope of colors behind closed eyes. He could hear the rustle of leaves and the distant sound of a breeze, adding to the serene atmosphere that surrounded him.

The air was cool and crisp, tinged with the scent of freshly cut grass and blooming flowers. He took a deep breath, filling his lungs with the sweet fragrance of the morning.

Each inhale felt like a sip of pure, invigorating energy, rejuvenating his spirit and filling him with a renewed sense of purpose.

He slowly opened his eyes and let his gaze wander over the picturesque scene before him. The sun bathed the garden in a soft, golden light, casting long, inviting shadows across the lawn. The flowers seemed to glow with a newfound vibrancy, their petals shimmering in the sunlight.

A small bird flitted past him, its wings catching the light and casting tiny shadows on the ground. The man watched in awe as it soared gracefully through the sky, its song adding to the symphony of nature that surrounded him.

At that moment, with the sun warming his skin and the peaceful surroundings embracing him, he felt a deep sense of gratitude and contentment. The morning sun had a way of lighting up his soul, filling him with a sense of wonder and awe at the beauty of the world around him.

"Lucian" Luring his mind back to reality was Alexa's voice. She had an eyebrow raised as she stared at him in puzzlement. Ah there she was, he thought with a smile, the woman he loved the most, his reason and purpose, Alexandra.

"Where the hell did you go?"

"Hmm nowhere," He smiled pinching the tip of her nose, "Do you like it sunshine?"

"It's perfect!" She said with a gleeful expression staring at the beautiful home Lucian had bought.

It wasn't anything fancy, it was simple yet captivating, a perfect place to start a family. So much had happened after Lucifer's death. Lucian had left the town to avoid confrontation with the townsfolk while she spent the next four months taking care of her father.

Sadly Mr Oliver passed away shortly after. With no need and connection to stay inHallow Grove as Skyler had returned to the city, she had finally decided to move in with Lucian in a small town far away from everything where they could start over.

The morning sun bathed the home in a warm, golden light as they stood on the front porch, taking in the sight of their new beginning. The rays of sunshine danced across their faces, illuminating their expressions of hope

As she gazed at the home, she couldn't help but feel a sense of peace wash over her. The simplicity of the house and the serenity of the surroundings filled her with a deep sense of contentment.

This was the fresh start they had been longing for, a chance to leave behind the pain and heartache of the past and build a new life together.

Lucian stood beside her, his hand trailing to her slightly protruding belly

"I hope he loves it," Lucian crouched down kissing her stomach while she giggled

"What makes you so certain it's a boy huh?" She pouted adorably, "It could be a girl you know,"

"It doesn't matter sunshine," He smiled, "I'll love the child regardless," Alexa blushed at his words but quickly diverted his attention

"So much for keeping a low profile," She chuckled. Lucian turned around and found the neighbors staring at him in question. They had never seen a man as beautiful as him before especially in such a small town.

"They'll adjust," He smirked, "We should get inside," He said before walking back to the car to help lift the luggage

"So sexy," He winked and tapped his butt smitten by how strong he was.

"Be careful what you say sunshine, wouldn't want my sleepy little beast waking up now," He said making Alexa laugh out loud.

"Married to a Lycan and about to give birth to one," she sighed, her voice tinged with a hint of both resignation and amusement. "Why does it feel like I'm stepping into a house of Lycans?"

As she spoke, the morning sun cast a warm, golden glow over the horizon, painting the sky in shades of orange. The windows of the house reflected the vibrant colors of the sunrise, creating a magical and otherworldly atmosphere around them.

As they stood at the threshold of their home, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was about to embark on a new chapter of her life, one that would be filled with challenges and uncertainties.

The prospect of becoming a mother to a lycan child both thrilled and terrified her, the thought of raising a creature of both human and wolf heritage daunting yet exhilarating.

The air was heavy with the scent of pine and earth, the sounds of the forest surrounding them like a protective embrace. She could feel the presence of her husband beside her, his hand finding hers and giving it a reassuring squeeze.

Together, they would face whatever came their way, navigating the complexities of their unique family dynamic with love and understanding.

"You have given me everything I could ever dream of Alexandra," He stopped to say turning his gaze to hers, "I love you,"

Alexa gasped at his sudden confession as her cheeks heated red, ahh so hot and romantic she thought with a smile, "I love you too Lucian," She said before they resumed walk to their new home. A home for Lycans.
