“What the hell do you mean?” I asked while our gazes locked on each other. A silence between us stood.

“The possibility is there. If you analyze the situation properly.”

“That claim is a bit extreme don’t you think?” Zac responded, brows creasing against each other. “His wounds aren't a joke.”

“I know…” Liam said with a firm in his voice. “This claim would be ridiculous if you throw it to others. But we’re talking about Andrew Campbell here. He’s a lunatic. He did a lot of awful things just to live his own way.”

Zac paused, giving his gaze towards me. I admitted that I failed to look at this side. So we let Liam talk his mind.

“King Alexander never hid opposition towards this marriage. Do you really expect Andrew to just sit and do nothing? His marriage to Princess Charlotte is the key to rising in power.”

Liam gulped another alcohol before saying. “The King is a huge threat to his goal.”

“That bastardr!” Zac slammed the bottle on the table.
